Viking have done a previous job for us which was good and why we asked them to return for another landscaping task. Jamie didn't show up for the arranged time to quote ( I messaged a couple of times without a response) but he said he'd broken his phone so we felt that was understandable. He rescheduled and quoted which we accepted and gave a new date for the following week. He didn't turn up and as of yet despite trying to contact Jamie our messages and missed calls have gone unanswered. If there is/was a problem a quick message or phone call letting us know would have been sufficient but no response is really disappointing and unprofessional. Be aware that communication is variable and this experience makes Viking look unreliable.

When we first faced the challenge of removing a large tree positioned very close to two buildings, we thought it would be nearly impossible. Jamie immediately put us at ease by recommending an excellent horticultural expert, who prepared a thorough report that helped us secure the necessary permission to fell the tree. Jamie’s quote was the most competitive, and choosing Viking Tree Care was absolutely the right decision. The entire team was incredibly professional, safety-focused, and hardworking throughout the process. We’re extremely happy with the outcome and highly recommend their services.

Jamie and his team have done a first rate job of bringing my hedges back into shape after botched cutting jobs by others. I now use Viking twice a year to keep my mature hedging and trees looking great. Jamie saved my mature cherry trees with his arborial expertise and they are now looking the best they have in years. I was also delighted with a recent (March) hard landscaping job of 18ftx7ft where he used upcycled slabs he reclaimed from another project. It brought the cost down by half.
