I am a very old and loyal customer of VIKING .
Recently in one of my purchases, i had a quality issue with the Archive storage boxes.
I reported the matter to VIKING and received an e mail reply from Ms Karen Newby. She offered to make a 100% refund to my account - which was done within 4 days.
I thank Karen and of course i will carry on dealing with VIKING.
