I reported the matter to VIKING and received an e mail reply from Ms Karen Newby. She offered to make a 100% refund to my account - which was done within 4 days.

I recently bought two men's bamboo t-shirts from Viking UK. I had seen Viking products in Europe before, so it’s great to finally see them available in the UK.
The sizes are spot on, I’m a men's large in most things (Next clothing as an example), and their Large fits perfectly. The quality, fit, and feel are all much better than I expected, especially considering the reasonable price I paid. Plus, the delivery was quick, which was a nice bonus!

Recently tried one of their jackets on a trip to the Cairngorms, dealt with the Scottish winds well and was lovely and warm. Will definitely be buying more of their kit.
Bought a down jacket from Viking early January. Fits really well. Super warm too- worn it in very cold weather with no issues. Sometimes find women's down jackets a little flimsy but this is nice and thick. Decent price and arrived quickly without issue.
Ordering process easy. The parcel arrived quickly and was well packaged. I purchased a base layer set to go under a dry suit used for sea kayaking. The quality of the set base layer set was really good, it kept my warm without restriction. Used three times now. Really pleased, I'll buy Viking clothing again from these guys. Thank you.
