We do not use bots on our website, all views come from other streamers who are members of this website. If you actually used the site, you would already know that. We also cannot force users to chat either. It's unfortunate, as we have always pushed for user interaction since day one of being online.

Also, how much money did we "scam" off you? The payment system is fully automated to edit your accounts upon successful payment, so, how did you get scammed, exactly? Oh right... you didn't

I don't really care about your personal opinions of me, but you're probably just another user who got banned and is hiding behind their keyboards talking smack... but I'm the bully?

Yup. That's how the system works... You watch streams and you earn a token. You actually get 1.25 tokens, and a view costs you one... so you basically get 5 views for watching 4... and that's just the free user accounts. Paid members earn more.

Not sure why this deserved a 1-star review... I guess you just don't like the way it works?

we haven't changed anything with the earnings system since the site started, the recent changes gave back more viewers to the people putting in the most efforts, as it should... which is why you came to us in the first place... right? More viewers coming to you = more tokens being used... that's how the system was designed to work...

We also have systems in place to throttle your daily viewer and token useage should you find it draining too fast.

We actually charge you ONE token to get a view and give you MORE THAN ONE for watcing others, so I think that is more than fair. So i'm not totally sure what your basing this off of?

So, we're "great" (in your words) but because YOU ran out of tokens, we deserve a 1 star review for actually giving more viewers back to the customer... I don't get it?

There's a LOT of false information in this review (as usual, this is another banned user)

First, this user was not warned once, but it was actually FIVE times... on the fourth time this user spoke to one of our volunteer moderators and was told to please stop cheating and he agreed. He was also told that if he was warned again, that would be a full ban from the site. We try to keep our system fair and ask that users only take their fair share.

Less than an hour goes by and the control panel on the site warns us of cheating yet again from this same user.. this was the 5th time that he agreed would be the last chance he would be given, so he was banned.

We promptly refunded the user's account upgrade fee that was most recently purchased (over 20 days ago) as we always do when a user is banned.

Also, this user claimed he spent money on Coil for the extra bonuses, we do not require this and it is up to each user if they want to subscribe to coil, so that actually has nothing to do with us at all...

Reembolsamos prontamente a taxa de atualização da conta do usuário que foi comprada mais recentemente (há mais de 20 dias), como sempre fazemos quando um usuário é banido.

Além disso, esse usuário alegou que gastou dinheiro em Coil para os bônus extras, não exigimos isso e cabe a cada usuário se quiser assinar a bobina, de modo que na verdade não tem nada a ver conosco ...

There was a great deal of language barrier issues with this user, he claimed he wasn't getting the 5 viewers he was proimised, but nowhere do we promise any specific amount of viewers. When he said he was dissatisfied with the service, i asked him "if that's the case, why are you here? I will refund your money" which I did, near instantly.

Houve muitos problemas de barreira linguística com este usuário, ele alegou que não estava recebendo os 5 espectadores prometidos, mas em nenhum lugar prometemos uma quantidade específica de espectadores. Quando ele disse que estava insatisfeito com o serviço, perguntei-lhe "se for esse o caso, por que você está aqui? Devolvo seu dinheiro", o que fiz, quase instantaneamente.

we're sorry you didn't follow the rules that are clearly posted... and you repeatedly broke the same rule FOUR TIMES... we're terrible terrible people because we have rules, posted on our website, that we actually adhere to and enforce... our bad.

really? ban you for nothing? because you're from a different nationality...? seriously? we have moderators in every timezone from all over the world. We have a very diverse multi-nationality staff. Nice try though. I like how you admit you violated the same rule FOUR times and then act like we're in the wrong... we let you do it 3 times without any actions

thanks for the honest review, and not just plunking down a 5 star on us because we are awesome! (i kid) It is true, though! we do offer a free trial, just by clicking the link to activate it... no credit cards, personal info, surveys or sillyness... just a solid, 100% free trial of the premium services. Darkk, what could we have done better to be a solid 5 star in your opinion? Let us know on the discord or via the Help Chat some time!
