Absolutely fantastic customer service!

I ran into a technical issue, so I emailed their customer support. They solved my problem in less than a couple of hours.

I am in Canada and they are in Italy. Even though it was a Friday night in Italy, they still got back to me promptly.

Do not trust them

Do not trust them, they false advertise. Once they get your money they will ignore your emails about any misleading information leaving you helpless & out of a few hundred bucks. There’s no real customer service, probably just AI bots. They’re program lags horribly & based on their business model, it could take you thousands of bucks and weeks of sitting through lag just to complete a small project (no customer service!). You will feel like you’re being puk’d & pimped out at the same time. I got all excited about it after seeing someone on YouTube promoting it but the customer experience is really horrible. Proceed with caution
