I have been using VidaGlow for 3 years now. Their customer service has gone completely down hill. They also no longer offer the bulk powder so each time you use it you have to throw away unnecessary plastic. I am looking for a new company to replace them.

I placed the order a Month ago and I still have not received the products. I will be making a claim to my credit card, as this should have not been charged it the shipment was not made. When there is a delay in processing orders, the credit card should not be charged until the items are shipped.

I completely where you're coming from. Unfortunately we sold out of our skincare due to an unexpected level of high demand since the launch. Usually if we do not have stock on hand customers cannot buy products, but in this particular instance we sold out before our system could register that we were out of stock, hence why your payment was processed.
I sent you an email as soon as I realised that we were not able to ship your item, I'm sorry if you may have missed these emails.
In our discussion from earlier today I have confirmed that the stock arrived into the US and that your order was dispatched on Wednesday. I have sent you tracking details and it appears your order has an estimated arrival date of today :)

I‘m a sleep-deprived
I‘m a sleep-deprived，I tried many different products but did not work well to me. Ibought Beauty Sleep by misstake but I gave a try. The first time I put too much powder into my milk，so I soon become sleepy and fall asleep. It makes me sleep longer and easily fall asleep again when I wake up.
The reason that I took one star off is because it makes me hard to get up or oversleep sometimes.

I have been using Vida Glow a little over a year now and I absolutely love it!! I was taking one satchel per day and just recently started taking 2 per day to reap the benefits! My skin looks great, smooth and always glowing! Love Vida Glow!!

Great Customer Service
Sam is so sweet! Great customer service and really appreciate the fast communication through email. Amazing products too and I love their blog! Some items may be out of stock so if your order hasn't shipped after a few weeks I recommend emailing the company and they will get back to you ASAP to adjust your order.

Overall LOVE and highly recommend Vida Glow!! Order processing/customer loyalty perks can improve
I love VidaGlow and after almost two years using the product have seen a remarkable difference in my skin and my hair. When I'm using it daily, my skin is glowing and have had friends ask what skincare products I've been using. I rave about Vida Glow, and recently even included them as a part of my Bridesmaid box of gifts for them to all try. The packaging makes the supplement easy to transport and add to water or a juice on the go.
However the negative is in past experience products have been sold out even with autoreplenish, yet when restocked will ship multiple orders instead of spacing it out (i.e. 60 days after). Availability is not always guaranteed so not the most reliable company to order from. I also don't think they give enough occassional promotions to loyal subscribers that have been ordering for year+ unlike other supplement and beauty brands I use.

I am sorry to hear that your auto ship is out of stock occasionally and the orders aren't spaced out. Our collagens are very popular therefore stock levels will always vary meaning there can sometimes be a delay in your orders. However, we are always working on making our customer experience more reliable and efficient so thanks for letting us know this as we will take this on board. As with promotions, we will look into this as well. Have you joined our loyalty program by any chance? As this is a great way for you to earn points and receive discounts on our products.

Auto ship headaches
Though the product is great, there are problems with their auto ship orders and their communication with those customers. It is a problem that has persisted in my case, even after drawing it to their attention. It would be nice to get shipping info on orders shipping but in my case, little to no information until after a few months of NO orders shipping, I have to make them aware of it. And I am always told they are out of product as if that were the reason for their lack of communication, etc.
