Victory Curtains and Blinds were professional and helpful from the beginning. Their consultant Steven was first class in terms of knowledge and design sense. He immediately assessed what we could do with our home, including options such as curtains with backing blinds that we had not considered but which in retrospect seem obvious now. They only deal with top quality products and will give a generous discount for larger installs. We are truly grateful to have worked with Steve and Victory blinds.

It was good to be able to have the company who knew their product to put the curtains and pelmets back in place following plastering and painting. There was not doubts about what needed to be done. I now wish we used Victory to remove the curtains and pelmets before the plastering and painting work commenced. Office staff were extremely helpful as well.

Everything went according to plan. There were no hold-ups, installation was extremely good and quick and it looks great.

I was so disappointed with my 2 x roman blinds purchase. They were very expensive & I'd be embarrassed to show anyone. Not many blinds & the fabric is awful. A total waste of money.

I ordered and paid for three outdoor patio blinds in September 2025 and was told installation would take around six weeks. Instead, it took four weeks just to get a technical measure, and another six weeks before the blinds arrived in December — with one blind made incorrectly and the crank handle the wrong size.
After installation, the blind housing became loose, and despite multiple follow‑ups, by phone because emails weren’t answered, I was given shifting delivery dates for the replacement blind and crank handle: April, then May, then June 2026.
The final blind was eventually installed in June 2026, the housing was secured, and a new crank handle was provided — only it was the incorrect size again. Another handle had to be ordered, and it finally arrived in August 2026.
Nearly 11 months from order to completion, with repeated errors, poor communication, and constant chasing from my end. Extremely disappointing experience.

I was referred by a friend who recommended Kerri and she didn’t disappoint. Kerri was brilliant, so patient and explained everything so well. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the blinds I wanted and worked with the fitter Pascal to make sure it was all going to work
Pascal was fantastic too. Efficient and precise when fitting the blinds. Really easy to deal with and responded to questions quickly.
Would highly recommend Victory and especially Kerri and Pascal.

Absolutely love our new plantation blinds from Victory! Their products and services are amazing. Outstanding customer service too from Michael L. who has been very helpful and accomodating of our queries. The tech guys Richie and Mark did a great job with installation. The blinds had added so much beauty and value in our place. Looks very modern and neat. Easy to maintain, keep clean. Cant wait for my kitchen and bathroom to be done as well. Just amazing! Matt came and measured for new blinds throughout my mother’s home at Glenelg. Matt provided excellent communication and follow up when and as required. Avoid!! AVOID!!! I should have read the long list of bad reviews prior and saved my elderly mother such a horrible experience.
Their products are of a terrible quality, they try to justify thier faulty product saying its due to the size and design. Despite three technicians telling me otherwise, they maintain the technicians say they are fine questioning my whole integrity of Victory Blinds and how they Navigate their issues. Needless to say we are appalled at the whole way this has been handled from no response and constant chasing and lack of accountabilty. Regardless of Victory replies trying to justify this, we have not heard of any of these problems from family and friends installing venetians with other companies regardless of the design and size. Look elsewhere, you have certainly lost the respect and business of all the people I continue to warn Victory against.

Cameron the salesperson was brilliant as was Richard the installer. Victory really need to support their good quality product and team on the ground, with better head office / customer service.
