Victory Curtains and Blinds Recenzje 

I’m happy with the quality of the blinds that have been fitted however one was fitted that was the incorrect colour. A replacement was organised immediately but I’m still waiting for fitment. I was advised 9/12 which I accepted, within an hour of change to 12/12 which is a date I’m not available, now my fitment isn’t until the 16/12. The timeframe for the replacement isn’t really acceptable and then for delays in fitment because the blind was actually located in Melbourne and not Brisbane, which maybe should’ve been checked before offering me a date for an install.

Just a follow up on my original review- I had a slight problem with one of my shutter doors - contacted Leanna again and she had it sorted within two days. Glenn came and fixed the problem with no issue. Seriously Leanna and Glenn - what a pleasure to deal with. !!

This has been the worst experience we have ever had with a curtain/ blind company or any other business we have ever dealt with for that matter. The amount of errors in our order has been beyond ridiculous. What a shambles of an operation. Incorrect sizes, 3 x blinds for the same window different colours. Then the re-make lost in system, curtains not what was ordered. Not saving our material after paying a deposit and then running out of the material and most recently curtain tracks that don't fit the windows. (Not even close) Quick to take your money, and unable to deliver seemingly anything. No ownership from anyone at Victory Blinds, and no response from management when requested and promised a response within 5 days. It has been 4 months, and we still don’t have all of our curtains or blinds but of course they have our money.

Advised delivering of blinds would be 6 weeks took 11 weeks. Final payment due 3 days prior to installation, text message received on day advising due by 3pm or no installation. Could have given more notice after all was way beyond 6 weeks. On day of installation phone and was advised booked to be install. Midday got a call from person installing blinds to advise he was sick and couldn’t install that day …. Got one star as original sales person I dealt with was good.

The fitting team that fitted the blinds were efficient and focused on doing a very good job. The lead fitter displayed excellent interpersonal skills.

Victory blinds went the extra mile for us from the initial interaction to install. The end products are of the highest quality and the price was very reasonable.

We are very happy with purchase of our outdoor 4m blind. All dates for meaurement and installation were met. The blind was installed on a day when severe storms were impacting the area, but the installers were still able to complete the installation under difficult cirsumstances. The blind can be operated well and provide appropriate shade for our outdoor area. Would recommend Victory Blinds for there professionalism, promptness and workmanship.

Consultation was excellent (Jim P), not pushy, very helpful, explained it well. Installation guys were quick, took away all packaging and polite.
Only hiccup was they sent out wrong remote charger. Installer was great, he notified head office immediately to organise the correct one to be sent out. Unfortunately, after 3 follow up phone calls and promises of it 'coming 'soon', almost 6 weeks later, I still don't have the correct charger.

Still waiting for my replacement sheers as first ones where incorrect no feedback on delay

Normally I would give 5 stars but, this time only 3 due to the fact that my replacement blind has had the installment time changed twice and on one occasion I wasn't even contacted. Meanwhile I stayed home and took time off work to be here.
I paid for the replacement blind in full a few months ago. I am very disappointed

Steve was helpful,punctual , and did a great job.
I know I can rely on Steve for good advise.

The person who came and did the quote was very helpful and informative. and the installation was quick and efficient.
