Very good service from this company. Excellent communication from the start and right up to delivery. Delivery driver was friendly and helpful and arrived exactly at the time stated in email. Very impressive! Items purchased were great value as they were at sale prices. Overall, very pleased with the service I received and would recommend this company without hesitation.

Excellent service and very efficient, I commend the team for their efficiency in spotting that accidentally I had ordered a bath waste plug twice by mistake, they telephoned me to question if there had been a mistake, and proceeded to cancel the one order and refund straight away. Very impressed with the service.

Over priced
The product was far too expensive for what it was. The only reason why I bought a £80 (excluding £6.99 delivery charge) towel rail was due to the lack of 30cm length hand towel rails available. A gap in the market for a company to produce something similar at a far cheaper price.
