I feel like the website/company was bought off by a Chinese company, or frauding company anyway, since my last order of 4 years ago. This time, my order never cleared customs, no one contacted me and Victoria’s website marked my order as delivered. I asked for a refund - shopping there was just a waste of my time. I also read many recent reviews (2026&+) stating the quality is cheap, hence why I think it was bought off…

This is not the original Victoria Emerson. I think this people are using the VE name to sell their items. It took a month for delivery and items are cheap from china, and nothing like the original. VE was close around the holidays 2025. Please dont buy, too expensive for the quality.

NOT THE SAME COMPANY. I was disappointed in the packaging and quality of items compared to what I used to receive from this company. I placed an order April 2. I ordered 5 items and received 3 poorly packaged items, clearly from overseas, not branded. The one bracelet broke was 3 pieces and 2 broke the first day I wore them. STILL Waiting for 2 items and they will not respond to me.

This is not the original Victoria Emerson site. Neither is Victoriaemerson.co.uk. Both set up in 2026. Prices shown in dollars and address as Canada. Products are shipped from china and it’s cheap ***** annoyed at myself for assuming they were the same company!!!

Paid for 3 bracelets, received one. No replies to emails. No refund. The bracelet that was received broke in two days. This site has stolen my money and sent cheap and nasty faulty goods. DO NOT USE!

I’ve emailed this company five times now, and have yet to receive a reply. Messaged on Instagram, also no reply. I placed a $100 order on April 5th, it is now the 29th. I received one item yesterday, a $10 pair of earrings, with both posts bent. I am still due another 5 items. They charged my card immediately upon purchase, and have still not my items. Nor will they reply to questions regarding orders.

Poor quality items & poor communication. I had ordered from VE previously and loved what I ordered - great quality & presentation, but something is very different now. Buyer beware!!

PS - I ordered 3 items & only received 2 and reached out to VE twice with no response. Ended up just disputing with my credit card company. Stay away!!

My most recent order clearly came straight from China. The packaging was cheap, plastic envelopes and the stones are not even set well. The quality looks terrible and they are too big, even when I ordered a small.

This is an awful company I was a good customer until I ordered on this last time Their going out of business sale and I ordered and still have not gotten my order I have reached out and they won’t return my message sorry company

The quality of your product has declined greatly. I will not re-order.

This was cheap knock off jewelry. It broke after one wear. It was missing the Victoria Emerson name. Cheap Chinese junk jewelry

Why did I get a used ring?
It showed signs of use, scratched on the bottom of ring.

Quality of last ship.ent looked like Temu junk.

This company posted on Instagram about the government being unlawful over the ICE shooting. They lost over a thousand customers in less than 25 minutes so they took the post down. Now rather than having a backbone they just block people from exposing them. Stand behind what you did rather than run and hide. Garbage company.

I ordered two pairs of earrings during the Final Sale promotion. One arrived broken and other design, while very pretty, did not sit correctly on my earlobes. I figured since they were going out of business, it was my loss. But they still appear to be in business. Items were shipped in a bubble wrap envelope without a box, so there was no protection. Don't waste your money with this vendor.

I was so excited when I found out they were on a sale. I had heard about this from an influencer. I am so happy I got my hands on the cute pretty jewelry. I had been wanting to try the jewelry. They are so dainty.

Disappointed with the plastic bag the wrap bracelet came in. I was given a bracelet at a gift a few years ago and it came in a cloth bag. The plastic pouch in my order made the bracelet, which was a gift, look cheap

I love the quality and the beauty of Victoria Emerson’s products. Also the waiting time and delivery of my order was very quick.
