From beginning when Vickerys came to value and put my property on the market until completion everything went son smoothly, I was kept updated every week also when anything wanted my attention.

It's been a difficult few months for selling houses but Richard always gave clear advice about the market especially that all important valuation. No over inflating prices to get our business, he supported his valuation with evidence, the choice was ours, did we want to sell or hang around for ever as the value slowly tumbled?

Sarah was efficient and very welcoming. Explained to us the procedure. She did everything she to accommodate us. Most helpful answered all our questions promptly. All the paperwork came as Sarah said it would. When Sarah was on leave her colleague followed through with his part of the paperwork. It was pleasant to deal with Vickery as a whole.

Sarah was extremely friendly and helpful throughout. Nothing too big or too small. Very prompt and thorough!

We recently purchased our home through Vickery and their service was excellent. Our agent William Burgess was communicative and helpful throughout from the first viewing through to completion, making the process smooth and straightforward which we particularly appreciated as first-time buyers.

We have viewed two houses with Mr Careford of Vickery estate agents. His knowledge and research of the property and the surrounding area is truly remarkable. His ability to know when to talk and when to stand back and be silent is also very intuitive and impressive. Two very enjoyable viewings.

I recently sold my mother's house in Farnborough through Vickery and Co and I couldn't rate them more highly.

Matt Bozier looked after us throughout, and he went absolutely above and beyond to help us achieve a good price and complete the sale... I couldn't thank him enough. This included collecting signed documents, helping with meter readings and checking on the property when I was unable to be in Farnborough.

He was ultra professional and kept me informed at every step the process - tenaciously chasing up anything we asked of him. My Mum was really quite anxious about what needed to be done and Matt's straightforward, friendly and upbeat demeanour put her totally at ease. The human touch made all the difference and we felt he was extremely patient with us, despite clearly having quite a busy schedule.

On occasions where I had to speak to others in the office, they were also very courteous and helpful.

Finally, just to say how easy it was selling via the all-in-one package, not only was it a very reasonable fixed fee (which takes the guesswork around costs out) but it also made everything that much quicker and easier since they communicate all the time with the in-house solicitors (who were also excellent). They clearly have a great system in place with this package.

Selling your greatest asset is probably one of the most stressful situations to go through.
We made sure we had done our market research and met some lovely people but my husband was impressed by Vickery selling properties within our area.
We met Joshua Allen Client Manager who was friendly and very professional from the get go.
We were introduced to the Director Richard Orme and the team who would be involved in looking after our prospective buyers. This in particular was a positive experience amongst the many we had selling with Vickery.
Communication is a large part of Vickery's ethos, we were spoken to every week by Edward Whittaker who took care of all our queries very professionally and kept us in the loop all the way.

The team have been so helpful with my purchase. They were great at coming back to me and engaged with the whole process to make everything go as smoothly as possible. A special thanks to Matthew who was so understanding of the situation and did everything possible to help.

Despite difficulties and buyer pulling out of sale Vickery found another buyer and persevered to final completion.

Vickery were the estate agent for our recent property purchase.
From the time we first visited the property in late March until we eventually completed the purchase in July this year we couldn’t fault their attention to detail and willingness to assist us with the purchase process. They were particularly helpful in accommodating our numerous visits to the property to check out details.
