If I could I GIVE ZERO STARS., This casino site it's a BIG SCAM, after a few deposits and winning a really small amount, deposit more a few times and honestly it's IMPOSSIBLE to have a win, the RANDOM on this house are against the client 100%, BIG SCAM. Don't deposit even 1 pound on this house, STAY AWAY, FAR AWAY.

Over intrusive ID checks on sign up then get accused of using a VPN which was incorrect so couldn't even complete the checks. Customer service can't seem to handle any negative feedback regarding the issues. Instead of helping chose to close my account. Amusing reading the other feedback here thinking they had to deal with likely the same person.

Problem after problem starting with free bets not being issued and having to contact them multiple times. Then computer black jack constantly breaking which led them to taking it off the site completely. Also problems with multiple withdrawals not going through again had to contact them multiple times. The final straw was when I tried cashing a bet out 7 times while they were offering a cash out and refused it saying it was a problem at my end which it was clearly there issue. Closed my account and now proceeding with a complaint
