The club fitting (actual person) told me what to order and said I could use the clubs . 60 day return . The clubs are too long and feel like hitting a brick. Quality issues as well. Metal peeling. I have had multiple conversations and pictures sent. I was told no refund. They scam you be aware.

Spent £1000 on a set of clubs, had no idea what was going on with a shipping date after 2 weeks.
Customer service is non existent then finally got a delivery date, that came and went, got another delivery date for 2 days later, checked my tracking number and low and behold they were still in Germany,they will never arrive in 2 days, to the UK.
Worst online company I've ever bought from. Good brand but not very good customer service.

Purchased some clubs from them 7 months ago, loved the clubs but noticed a small imperfection on them. Emailed customer service about the problem and then suggested I get the issue sorted locally, but compensated me for the trouble. This was all sorted within a week of the first email. Customer service from them is one of the best I’ve come across.

I’ve ordered customized golf balls from this company multiple times without issue, which is why this experience is so disappointing.

I followed the exact same process as previous orders, uploading my logo and adjusting it to the maximum allowed size within their customization tool. The preview suggested a certain outcome, but the final product looked noticeably different and far below expectations.
When I reached out, the response was essentially “you approved the preview, so it’s on you.” While technically true, it completely ignores the bigger issue: if the preview tool doesn’t accurately reflect the final product, then it’s misleading, especially for repeat customers relying on consistency.
What’s most frustrating is the lack of accountability. Instead of standing behind their product or offering a reasonable resolution, they defaulted to policy and offered a minimal goodwill refund that doesn’t come close to addressing the issue.
If you’re considering ordering customized items, be aware that what you see in the preview may not be what you get and if it’s off, don’t expect much support after the fact.

Ordered golf balls 4 days ground delivery on May 9 it's the 16 of May my balls have been in Indiana since yesterday at 8 am they still haven't given me a delivery date avoid vice golf won't ever order again

Waiting on a delivery of a golf bag and some clothing. Stuck somewhere in Germany for a week now. Contacted Vice on Monday to see what's happening, received an automated reply with the tracking info (which i obviously already had from them). Since then have messaged them each day as the package is still stuck - now sent 4 messages asking for help and all ignored. Useless.

Great shipping. Quality balls, very consistent at a great price. I’ve played Pro V-1’s for 20 years, and Vice Pro and Pro Plus are the best feeling ball. Tee to green, wedges, putting. A very well made product. Will be a lifelong user now. Thank you Vice!

Great quality balls at reasonable price. Tried out the trial pack did the questionnaire and then purchased the Pro ideal ball for me.

Ordered the Vice Golf Limited Edition golf set. Very pleased with everything. My other golf friends tried out a few clubs and really liked them. I'm pleased with the set, and even ordered more wedges not offered in the set. Will highly recommend this as a starter set if someone is looking to get a set that won't hurt the bank to much!

No stars are deserved for this company! Has been a week since I received my order of balls that has some random guys face and initials on them! Customer support is only accessed through email where I continue to be ignored about a refund.

I recently had an issue with a custom order, and while it took some discussion to resolve, Vice Golf ultimately did the right thing.

Mary from their customer service team was responsive, professional, and stayed engaged throughout the process, making sure the issue was reviewed and escalated appropriately.

In the end, Vice Golf accepted the return and provided a full refund. I appreciate the follow-through and their willingness to stand behind their product.

Been great love the beginner set I need a 52 for the set but I’m loving the whole set

Honestly I love it. Great price. Balls perform well. they are consistent even across all the colorways. I will say I like some of the colorways in other models but aren’t included in the model I play. Haven’t used anything else from vice but I’ve been playing the balls for a few years now.

Always easy to order and enjoy having these golf balls in the bag.
