Fantastiske sko! Eneste minuset er at de er litt vel dyre.

Well I had left the review below before I was contacted by Vibae with a generic feedback request. I provided a star rating as requested based on my experience with them yet I was then contacted directly by the person who I was giving feedback on to ask why I gave them such a low rating!! What an incredibly unprofessional and aggressive way to address feedback.

The following review was provided before the above happened:

I haven't bought shoes from them yet as I was having difficulty using a dicount code I was sent. It was returing it saying it was invalid yet I had copied and pasted it directly from their own email.

I contacted them and wasn't given an explanation just told here is a code for 10% off. Hang on, my original code was for 15%? So no explanation, no acknowledgement that their code wasn't working and no explanation why I was now only getting a 10% code.

Based on the poor customer service experience I won't be buying from them in the event I need to return the shoes as I'd have no faith they'd process that any better than simple emails.

I purchased Viba socks, and they arrived too small and then after washing they shrank incredibly. I now cannot wear them. For $55.00 you would expect a much better product. Viba customer Service is not looking after me either.

Je pensais que, vu leur service client réactif et agréable, ils prendraient en compte la déception d'un client et offrirait une compensation à la hauteur du prix de leur chaussures.
Rien ne les affecte: parce que pour bien évaluer la qualité d'une paire de chaussures vous avez dû les porter....alors, pas de remboursement....débrouillez vous avec !

Yes one the most expensive shoes I’ve ever brought .
I sent a email about sizing , with a prompt reply I was very comfortable to then make the purchase .
The shoe is amazingly comfortable ,kinda forms around your ankle ..I have a high arch and slight wide foot . This shoe fits like a glove … all day .

Arrived promptly via customs etc. Pleased I wasn't charged extra tax/duties on my £130 purchase (I'm in UK).
Love the shoes. Very comfy and this design has ability to be worn with heal up or down so can be kicked off at the door or made secure for longer walks. I'm a bit precious with them and don't take them out if it's going to rain. Though I've waterproofed them as far as possible I don't want to risk such an expensive purchase just yet.

Qualität und Komfort sind absolut gegeben! Es ist tolles weiches Leder und ein sehr sehr bequemes Fußbett. Das Design ist hervorragend und gibt einen individuellen Vibe. Ich kann sie nur empfehlen.

Commande passée le 3 septembre; nous sommes le 14 octobre et je n'ai toujours rien reçu! De plus, cet article est censé être fabriqué au Portugal mais il a été envoyé depuis le Vietnam!

Absolutely terrible experience with Vebae Shoes. I bought two pairs and was excited to receive them, only to be hit with extortionate import duties — and then the shoes never arrived at all. Customer service has been completely unresponsive. Never, ever again. Be careful before ordering from this company!

ONGOING SAGA!

My experience with Viba has been nothing short of a nightmare. I ordered two pairs of shoes that arrived extremely late, and one pair didn’t fit at all. When I asked about returning them, I was told it would cost €165—and this on top of the €330 I had already paid in import taxes. So essentially, I’d be paying over €500 for shoes that don’t even fit.

The customer service was shockingly rude and unresponsive, refusing to help in any meaningful way. I honestly feel scammed. Avoid this company at all costs!

Shipping takes some time but these shoes are worth the wait. I have two pair, one leather and one linen and love them both. I had no issues with ordering or shipping. And I was able to wear them straight out of the box; no break-in time needed. I will definitely be buying more.

I’m a little cautious about buying shoes on the internet. I’m a 41/42 with fairly wide feet but I order a 42 on their digital advice. So pleased. The leather is so soft, amazingly comfortable and the colour is true. They are the first thing I pack when I go away. I’m definitely getting another pair.

Lovely warm slippers that also look good and feel comfortable. Great fabric design. There is some arch support, though I’d prefer a bit more. My second pair of Viba shoes. I love them, but they’re very expensive. If you’re going to persuade me to send that much money online again, you need to have much better customer service and logistics - the struggle to speak to a human or get realistic delivery dates has put me off buying more.

I never received the shoes, but the money was still taken from my account! I’m very disappointed and would never order from there again.

It just ergonomics good when you not moving
Otherwise slips of the feet too easy have to bend toes invary when walking so you won’t loose them
Very heavy like builders boots
And edge cutting into skin making bad experience to worse
Return page doesn’t load so you can’t return it so keeping it home as a reminder don’t buy online ever again

Vorsicht Betrug!
Ich habe am 15.08.25 ein Paar Schuhe gekauft und nicht erhalten. Auf meine Emails bekomme ich keine Antwort oder werde vertröstet. Finger weg!

Jeg købte støvlerne og sandalerne. Tænkte at der måtte være noget at hente idet markedsføringen var i top! Det gælder på ingen måde kvaliteten! Støvlerne er skåret i papir tyndt “skind” sålerne som efter beskrevet skulle være fantastiske er kvalitets mæssigt på højde med mine gamle udtrådte slippers!! Ikke pengene værd 🙁

I bought Vibae's London Bio Leather White trainers two months ago and so far, it has not disappoint. I thought that it's small but it adjusted to my feet so that's very good! I like the quality of leather and the sole. Overall very comfortable, although, I need a week to break it in. Once that was done, I used it everyday. I'd recommend the shoes but you need to get your size right. I am contemplating whether to try their Woodstock leather boots but I will have to read more reviews about it before deciding so.

Quickly gets too wide for normal feet’s😕
Lovely slippers and sandals but quickly expands so much get too wide so it’s too risky to keep wearing them. What a shame they don’t come in a women Narrow version. Had to give 2 pair away😕

The service was outstanding and so were the shoes.
But we had to send a pair back as they were the wrong size, after telling us how to measure.
It does say free returns!! but in the small print it says there will be a £10 restocking fee.
After buying two pairs of shoes and the cream to take care of them, the restocking fee was extortionate!! One was not impressed shocking.
