These are my most comfortable slides my feet has not hurt at all and that's saying alot plus this is my 5th pair I bought all the colors available in this style so I guess I'm obsessed...

Wonderful shoes, very comfortable, arrived quickly as expected

My first Vibae boots are simply wow. Soft leather, wide, loose shaft, comfortable and go with every outfit. In winter with thick socks (one size larger), in summer with loose clothing and barefoot... I love them already.

The products are absolutely great. Unfortunately, I find the exchange and return process quite complicated and inconvenient.

Got another pair of shoes from VIBAe. They are just so comfortable and easy to wear ,will be wearing these all year round. I know they are expensive but on a cost
per wear basis they are worth every penny to me. I really struggle to find comfy shoes that fit and dont hurt my feet, these are perfect, so i am not wasting my time trying to break shoes in!

Really poor service!!!!
I ordered my boots on the 16th January and they were shipped on the 20th.
Meanwhile I was informed that there would be an additional cost of over £52 taxes which had to be paid to UPS. I contacted you on the 23rd to say that i would not be accepting the boots as it made them ridiculously expensive.
The UPS man arrived and I refused them and he said that I wasn’t the first person to do this - there were a lot of disgruntled people out there who were being asked for more money to pay before receiving their goods, and therefore a lot of returns.
Customer care told me that it was clearly stated in the ‘small print’, but obviously it was so unclear that I did not see the ‘small print’!!!
I have heard nothing back from you having issued a return on line to try and get some sort of response, but nothing.
PLEASE can you refund me the money for the boots that I did not accept immediately as this has gone on long enough now!!

HELSINKI Leather Cocoa Brown shoes. I haven’t had the shoes long, but here is my review so far. When you first receive them, you will be struck on how light the shoes are. The presentation is nice also, but it should be good. When I ordered them, I used the app. It is a good job that I chose the size from what brand shoe I wear and what size, apposed to the actual measurement of my feet. Otherwise, the shoe size would have been too big. Like I said, I haven’t worn them once so far, it it was like wearing a pair of shoes that you have worn before. I have never had a pair of shoes from the get go that were so comfortable. They also look so good on your feet. I am so far extremely happy.

FANTASTIC SHOES. FIT WONDERFULLY WELL AND EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE. I WILL BE PURCHASING ANOTHER PAIR!

Good product. Lack of customer concern and help. From sizing to customer service they don't make the mark.

Product looks great.
Delivery was fast considering the origin of the package.
At first the fit was a bit tight but after a week of daily wear they start to feel more comfortable.
The leather is a bit on the thin side but that adds to the comfort (weight and flexibility)
I would buy one size up next time, hopefully in a long time...

Do not order the wool Roma slippers!!Mine came out of the box all crumpled and puckered at the top. Sewn that way and not what you would expect for such an expensive pair of slippers. Contact with customer service is a mixed bag, nothing has yet been done to resolve it and I have written to them numerous times. So save yourself the hassle and never get the Roma wool slippers!Indifferent quality.

Je suis extrêmement déçue de ce deuxième achat (Svalbard shearling)
J’ai acheté une paire de chaussures pour 345€, qui était pour moi un investissement énorme mais je m’attendais à des chaussures de qualité que je pourrais porter longtemps.
Plusieurs problèmes se sont manifestés dès le début :

1. Finition intérieure : Ces chaussures sont fourrées en mouton. À l’intérieur, j’ai trouvé des blocs de colle séchée et des morceaux durs de fourrure collée. Cela frotte contre le pied et provoque une gêne permanente.

2. Conception : L’ouverture est extrêmement étroite, ce qui rend difficile d’enfiler les chaussures, même pour mes pieds qui sont assez fin.

3. Taille petit; je fais habituellement du 40, la pointure 41 est trop petite.

4. Qualité du cuir : Le cuir est très fin et s’est déjà déformé après seulement une après-midi. La marque de mes orteils est apparue à l’avant, ce qui est inadmissible pour un produit de ce prix.

Le pire, c’est la réponse du service client. Plutôt que de reconnaître clairement les défauts et de proposer un remboursement partiel ou une autre solution équitable, ils m’ont offert 20% sur une FUTURE commande, et de faire un retour (ce qui, depuis la Suisse, pour un envoi à l’étranger, est ardu et long)
Pourquoi aurais-je envie de réitérer une expérience aussi décevante ?

Pour des chaussures aussi chères, je m’attendais à une qualité irréprochable et un service à la hauteur. Ce n’est malheureusement pas le cas. Je ne recommande absolument pas cette marque.

Tolle, bequeme Schuhe. Das ist schon das dritte Paar für unsere Familie. Wir sind begeistert. Allerdings finden wir, dass sie etwas klein ausfallen und bestellen eine Nummer größer. Der Umtausch bei unserer ersten Bestellung war problemlos.

About a year ago I bought a pair of Viba Roma….. Now I had to buy another pair but in a different colour…. And why? They are absolutely my most used shoes…. I don’t think I have to say more ….

Short delivery and impeccable products. The slippers are well made and makes you feel like you walk on clouds. A true quality product.
