Everything went to plan - on time, welcoming and friendly

Really great experience. I accidentally put in the wrong pick up time because of time difference and the driver still turned up on time because he tracked my flight. Really impressed.

Had a great experience in Turkey. Driver was always on time. Cars were clean and spacious. Support was excellent, no bots or anything.

Book Taxi Group gave us a safe ride at appointed time. Very good! Special recommendations!

Driver was excellent. Had some queries regarding booking, the team at airport transfer were efficient in responding and resolving.

Very nice, good service

Great , no problems picked up on time with friendly guy with good English On both journey from airport to hotel & to airport from hotel . Thank you!

Great driver and connection. I had to make a special request for pickup and I was not sure the driver could make it happen. The company went above and beyond and helped make our transfer a seamless experience. I will be booking in the future again.

They did not pick us up!!

Did have trouble finding our rider. Ipon contacting company they were on it.

Drivers were on time, courteous and helpful.
Excellent service . We booked transfer from airport to hotel and then 3 days after hotel to cruise port.

We had a delay but they were there waiting. On return they confirmed the pick up and we asked to be a little earlier and no problem. Driver there on time and excellent service and worth the orice

Great service that is priced fairly. Driver kept in touch from the day before until our arrival.

The booking was easy to make, good website, got email confirmation very quickly, everything included in the price, no hidden costs. Taxi was a little late, but driver was friendly and informative.

The whole experience was simple and effective… great value for money

I have been using this service for a year and it is the best service ever.

Good service, top customer care, we got help from SF Transfer when the luggage was forgotten in the hotel

Great experience and service!
Used them twice and recommended to others as well.
Even with road closure, driver did everything to drop me off in front of hotel.
Tourist need to be aware that SAW airport only gives 30 min of free wifi and IST airport 60 min. So driver will call you,if you run out of wifi minutes, since passport check lines are long

My wife and I had four flights into and out of Bali in the last month and we used AirportTransfer.com to get between Ngurah Rai airport and our hotel in Sanur each time. We had a consistently great experience. It was very comforting to receive a text from the driver prior to the pickup, sometimes hours in advance. The drivers were always prompt, in one case arriving at our hotel a full hour early for a 5am pickup. When we flew into Bali, the driver was in the airport carrying a sign with my name on it. We provided our flight information when we reserved a ride, enabling the driver to adjust when one of our flights arrived late. The drivers were unfailingly friendly and polite and usually spoke reasonably good English. The service was inexpensive. We had some challenges with Grab in Bali and felt this was a much better option there.
