Exceptional Experience with Viaggiare
Highly Recommend!

I recently rented a car from Viaggiare and was absolutely delighted with every aspect of my experience. From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone in need of a rental car.

The vehicle I received was nothing short of perfect – brand new and absolutely immaculate, inside and out. It's always a pleasure to drive a well-maintained car, and Viaggiare clearly takes pride in their fleet.

Beyond the car itself, the staff were truly great. Every interaction was professional, friendly, and efficient, making the entire process stress-free.

Furthermore, I found their pricing to be very reasonable, offering excellent value for the quality of service and vehicle provided.

Finally, the pickup and drop-off process was incredibly fast and easy. This efficiency is a huge plus, especially when you're on a tight schedule or just eager to start/end your journey without hassle.

Viaggiare delivered an outstanding car rental experience, and I'm genuinely happy with my choice. Thank you, Viaggiare, for making my trip so much smoother and more enjoyable!

Dreadful service from this company. We were due to pick up a car from Verona Airport on the 5th July but when we arrived we were told we were 15 minutes over the alloted 1 hour time we had to collect the car, due to our flight being slightly late and the girl at the Viaggiare desk being out for a cigarette for at least 10 minutes, and our booking had expired. This girl was extremely rude and couldn't move onto the next customer quick enough. There was no attempt to show empathy towards us, despite the fact we had a young child with us. This was an appalling welcome to Italy and we will absolutely not book with this company again.

Non noleggiate assolutamente da loro ! Truffa totale ! …al ritiro dell’auto avevo fatto notare al personale che l’auto presentava dei piccolissimi graffi e mi era stato detto che non venivano segnalati perché lievissimi ! Alla consegna mi sono stati addebitati! Follia pura ! State lontani

Straight forward pick up at verona airport but if the desk was busy then this may have been an issue. In this occassion it took 10 minutes from desk to car after completing the paperwork at the desk.

Drop off remember to take a ticket at the entrence to the airport to access the rental aread.
Again straight forward drop off as the desk was quiet. Remeber to keep the inside of the car clean as they may charge 25 Euros for cleaning if leaving a mess like rubbish/trash etc.
I recommend taking the Gold package for piece of mind. This package for me with the rental allowed for a free upgrade on this occassion.

Consegna in aeroporto che ovviamente riduce i tempi in modo importante, costo del servizio più che onesto in rapporto alla qualità. Professionalità e attenzione del personale al ritiro e alla riconsegna.

Ayer recogí un coche en el aeropuerto de Bérgamo reservado a través de check24.
El personal del aeropuerto muy amable,nos llevaron con un bus a recoger el coche de la agencia(y eso que en la web decía que estaba en el mismo aeropuerto).
El que nos lo entregó se dedicó a entregar las llaves y decir dónde estaba el coche, ningún tipo de explicación ni revisión del coche por si hubiera algún rasguño o algo para poder regístralo,lo tuvimos que hacer nosotros.Ni tan siquiera que nos daban un híbrido,era la primera vez que cogíamos uno y ni idea del funcionamiento.
Al devolverlo muy bien,el chico que nos atendió muy amable.

Tutto perfetto, i ragazzi al banco per la consegna ed il ritiro del veicolo all'aeroporto di Verona sono stati eccezionali. Prima Esperienza con Voi ma super positiva. Alla prossima vacanza. Grazie ancora.
