One thing I was worried about were the discount codes (they get easily shared), but I can see that the codes always have an expiry date and we don’t have people abusing them.

I think the start-up period will always require a lot of work on both the agency and client-side, but once that set-up is finished it all runs like clock-work.

We had essentially 0 e-mail set-up before we onboarded with Vex, and thus we were missing out on 20-25% of total revenue per month...

Suffice to say we now achieve these numbers on a consistent basis through great flows, campaigns, and a overall good targeting strategy.
