It would be nice if they dispatched there goods when they say they will. Ive been waiting 8 days and still it says on there website,processing order,what good is that to people waiting for there dog food

Pets choice who manage vets kitchen are very helpful.

First time I bought this dry food was in Tesco just to find out if my pets will like it. I am using that all the time as my dogs love it. There bowl movement improve the same way was tummy and coat. They really love this food and it does what is says on a label.
I am ordering now from the website 12kg as I have two border collies .

I ordered some dental powder and paid fir them only to be told they don't have any. Still waiting for my refund. You should not be able to pay for stuff they don't have

Dog loves their food but poor communication from their customer services. Ordered a subscription under and old system and got the first delivery. 2nd never turned up as was unaware needed to reorder. Have reordered 3 weeks go, payment taken and food still not delivered. Have now desperately had to order off Amazon as the dogs had nothing left. One of our dogs has allergies so this particular food isn't easy to get. I've emailed twice about this order and not had any response. Am not going to have to contact the bank to get my money back. Unreliable and highly disappointed

I had a subscription previously that was great. Then suddenly they started attempting to deliver to an old address that I hadn’t lived at for a year. After three failed deliveries, I eventually cancelled my subscription.

This month I decided to try again. I’ve placed my order on the 19th September and here I am on 1st October, no sign of a delivery, no communication as to why it’s late and the cheek to ask me to review their service. Appalling.

Easy to order, fast delivery, great quality kibble.

Delivery usually next day and superb dry sensitive food for my German Shepherd would highly recommend.
