Love that I can use Affirm to pay for Vessi’s in four equal interest-free payments. I wear my Vessi’s daily during West Coast winters & anytime it rains. They are durable, waterproof & very comfortable! Also stylish & your feet breathe, unlike in rubber rain boots.

Never buy from this website; they take a very long time to ship your order. They only sent me one pair out of the two I ordered, and they haven't refunded my money since November 2024.

I ordered two pairs of vessie shoes for men. But unfortunately one of the pairs I had to order in a women's size. It was a little bigger than expected but I'll try and use an insole. Received the shoes a little late delivery was slow I guess because of so many orders being requested during the holidays. Received the shoes, found them to be very light and surprisingly comfortable. I also received a $25 gift card for my next purchase. Haven't used it yet, but soon will. Customer service was really polite and informed me of my shipping status. Overall was pleasantly surprised with the shoes.

Vessi is a Canadian trusted Brand. I have a few of their runners. So comfortable and stand up to the waterproof claim.
Their customer service is excellent and supports quickly with the customer needs in mind. They have always supported me with my questions or concerns I have had. Offered resolutions that favour the customer. Very Rare to find a company that does this these days.
I 100% recommend this Brand.

I work outside so need my feet to stay dry and comfortable. Living in Ontario, snow belt area makes that a difficult task. We just had a huge melt and I was literally walking through ankle deep puddles all day. I cannot believe my feet were dry and warm all day. It’s magic. I will definitely be looking at Vessi again do or all seasons footwear. Love that they are vegan!!

The shoes are amazing. Don’t second guess buying them. I now have 6 pairs, I trekked through universal studios on a rainy day and had completely dry feet and no blisters. Wore them through the highlands in Scotland to find Nessi and my feet were dry. They are lightweight and comfortable. Best to read how the style you like fits so you get the best fit for that style. They are light weight, truly waterproof shoes. Best investment I’ve made for my feet.

I had my boots for three weeks and has been alternating from drizzle to downpour. My feet are bone dry. They are comfortable as well.
I had an issue with my original pair. Brought it back after two days. Staff was awesome in the exchange. Absolutely no problem. They were professional and courteous at the Richmond Centre location.

My shoes were in a great box, and were so well crafted. The design is awesome and they fit like a glove. I love them.

The shoes are great! They are actually waterproof as they state. Super comfortable for 8+ hour wear.

It’s actually for my wife but her words is “excellent waterproofing, will keep your feet dry and comfortable all day.” We made a mistake about the size but the customer service is great. Didn’t have any problem for changing the size. They keep me updated every now and then and very accommodating. Will surely get another one for me. 🙌

The quality of products were perfect!

1) Worst return policy of all time. Make sure the shoes fit and you don't want to return them because you will need to ensure they are not only not worn ever, the box is not scratched, you have kept the unique, one of a kind order number which is not emailed to you but only found by finding your order on their website, but YOU PAY SHIPPING ON THE RETURN! That's right, you can't return in store, nor will they pay shipping costs. You pay for Canada Post to or worst if you live somewhere else, you pay the shipping costs for the right for their inspectors to discern whether your return is worthy of returning.
2) They fit right on the top and the sides. Better fit if you have thin, dainty feet.

Pros : water repellent. This is good. And unless you walk thru a lot of water or big puddles your feet should stay dry. Not bad at all.

I ordered a pair of shoes from Vessi website on Nov 27. After 20 days the company sent me an email that my order was cancelled. Such a bad customer experience. I will never consider them again.
