I purchased the 4-inch mattress topper with apparently Gel infused memory foam, and bamboo infused memory foam, Apparently... This mattress topper most definitely didn't feel like sleeping on memory foam, I have had previous memory foam products, so I know how it should feel. This mattress topper was extremely firm, I think the carpeted floor would have felt softer! I suffer from painful knees, and this topper made the pain excruciating! For the 7 nights I used it, I honestly felt like I was being tortured. I reached out to their customer service, who they apparently pride themselves over... apparently again. Their wonderful CS team told me to try using it for another 2 or 3 weeks, and they would give me £20 towards a mattress topper to make my sleep more comfortable!! So now I am supposed to purchase a mattress topper, to sit on top of my uncomfortable mattress topper! I'm assuming they would also expect me to purchase a stepladder to climb on top of my mountain of a bed and mattress topper's'! After reaching out again and telling them I was insulted by their £20 offer, and explaining yet again the agony I was experiencing when waking up numerous times every night due to their mattress topper, they finally apologized and told me to take it up with Amazon as that's who I'd purchased it from. My advice to prospective customers, do some research, check out their bad reviews on Amazon as well as the good, the bad ones always get hidden, but if you click on the 3 stars and below you will see plenty of unhappy customers. If you can, spend a little more and go to a reputable brand, a Google search will show you plenty of decent companies with customer service that actually cares about your wellbeing. And if you do still decide to purchase from Vesgantti... Good luck!
I would not recommend this company, and will never purchase from them again!

I held back as much as I could from changing my mattress (I didn’t really see the point + I didn’t want to spend £1000+ on one). I watched a video review of one of the mattresses (Vesgantti Nova Luxe Hybrid) and decided to make the purchase.
Best decision I’ve made for my health and sleep.

Fantastic Value for money, deliver was great, guys were really nice, mattress was packaged great, easy to get up the stairs. but the mattress itself is lovely.

Bought two for my lodgers, and now i want to buy one for myself! Very happy with this product and would definitely recommend.

Absolutely love my new mattress, so supportive and pain minimising. Delivery was fast and I emailed on the 3rd day and a gentleman named Eric reassured me and s not tracking for the item which is delivered through Amazon who were also very helpful. Thoroughly recommend and this is my second mattress after I ordered for my son the previous month and was super impressed. Super comfortable at a fraction of the cost of it's competitors.

I bought a mattress from them 4 years ago and it's perfect. I just came back to buy one for the guest room and saw the reviews which have confused me. I would highly recommend these mattresses they're great quality, I've recommended them to others who've all liked them as well!

Mattress sunk in the middle after over a year and they ignored my email.

I am currently with Amazon trying to sort this out. They refund me and will collect mattress. Amazon sorted this out not the seller!

Very happy with the mattress! Got myself a great deal. Was little worried after reading some of the reviews but my experience was 5 star! Yes the communication could be a bit better by regular updates about the dispatch of the goods. I received mine with in 4 business days and supper happy with a product!:)

We purchased a super king size mattress from this company after looking at many alternatives. The previous Sealy mattress we had cost in excess of £1000.00 and although very good it did not last as long as we hoped as it started to badly sag in places. So we though we would give Vesgantti a go as the price for the deep hybrid mattress was very competitive.

We have had the mattress for over a year now and it is absolutely outstanding in every respect; comfort, durability, softness and not a hint of sagging. For the price we paid <£300.00 we are more than pleased, in fact it's better than our original mattress!

We bought a king size mattress (model not specified) via Amazon in September 2023. From the description it appeared to be a bargain and looked similar to more popular and much more expensive brands. The product arrived within 2 days. It excelled my expectations and was indeed very high quality. However, due to my inexperience I failed to check the firmness rating and it was much too firm for for our ageing bodies. The return was arranged and the mattress was collected a few days later, no quibbles whatsoever. My money was refunded 2 weeks later. I cannot fault the product nor the customer service, hence the 5 star review.

Seriously the worst ever. I read the reviews after I ordered and regretted not doing this before. They sent the wrong mattress. It was one they don't even sell on their website. I didn’t realise until I opened it. I emailed straight away and they said I could send it back for a refund BUT I had to pay the return carriage which they wouldn't refund. It would have cost me over £60 to return it!!! They offered a discount and kept offering more until it got to 80% refund. They don't even have the decency to use your name they just refer to you as ‘customer’. I could have donated to a charity and then they would refund in full but I couldn’t trust them. They lied so much to me saying it was the mattress that I ordered and that it was the right mattress but in the wrong box. My advice is either source somewhere else or check the package at the door before accepting and ALWAYS pay by credit card to get extra protection. Any 3rd party company using these (Amazon etc) should do a test purchase to see how awful they are. DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Need to send mattress back, the email address on my order acknowledgement works, they just don’t answer, tried one on their website , it doesn’t exist, no phone number?!!, don’t use them , think it’s a big con, take your money and then there’s no way of getting your item returned, don’t touch this company at all!

Have been trying to a return a mattress for well over a week. They say they respond within 24hrs but they don't respond at all. There is no phone number and the whatsapp link does not work. Completely miss sold under the promise of a 100 day sleep trial.

The best thing to do is not buy from them and if like me you are scammed by them, report them to trading standards for miss selling.

I bought the king-size below order details and have a problem back and neck problem ls getting worse. I am a disabled person the bed is hurting me, the metal coil hurts my body and it is making it worse. On the top side the foam mattress is fabric is not protecting medium firm orthopaedic. I got MRI scan from Dr and physiotherapy my spine is S shape damage my nerve bone

I need to replace under warranty please help me I need to change the mattress to full firm orthopaedic mattress. Dr and physiotherapy recommend immediately change as this mattress do not support back and hip and neck. If you wish I can send you the MRI results.

Once the matress was ordered the tracking info was shortly sent out and the matress arrived 2 days later. It even arrived in the 2 hour delivery window that was shown on the tracking.
Matress seems good quality and comfortable. A very good experience overall.

I read the reviews AFTER purchasing the matress. Im not sure about the other reviews because my experience was ok. I emailed them and got an answer within a few hours telling me to wait for the 3-5 business day period. True to their word I got my mattress a few hours ago. Very compact but inflated nicely upon opening the plastic. I'm going to order the king size for myself as this one is for my daughter. I'm very happy with the purchase as I got it on discount. The only little criticism is maybe better communication and better tracking. Other than that im just happy the mattress arrived. Thanks so much vesgantti.

If you want to contact xdp there is a 7pence charge and they have no information about your parcel
They send you back to the person you have purchased the items.
I wish I could have done more research before buying from them
