Deleting the reviews, hiding the truth, rude receptionist
The company is unable to accept the truth and deleted my first review.
I visited the company on the 19th of January, the receptionist was the rudest person on planet earth. She didn’t let me talk and kicked me out by telling me to go have a good day. I went there to ask for a business partnership. As I was once told on the phone that I can visit the address in person.
Now this company has started a claim with TrustPilot. They ask for proofs. Proofs for an in-person meeting? Even-though I sent TrustPilot WhatsApp screenshots where I was talking to my network about the rudeness of the receptions, TrustPilot won’t accept it.
So, they want an invoice or order confirmation for an IN-PERSON EXPERIENCE? Very laughable.
Your employee will forever be remembered as the rudest, not service oriented lady. You can try to hide the truth by asking TrustPilot to delete the review. And I’ll write the same review again, and again, and again.
