My interactions with everyone at Vertu Skipton were positive and helpful. Jon took me through the buying process, sending a personal video confirming my choices. Communication has been good, and today, when I picked up my car, it was unveiled in the showroom, which was a lovely touch and appreciated. All my questions were answered, and I left feeling very satisfied.

Our latest purchase was not the first time we have bought from Vertu Skipton and we went to the dealership to look at an electric id3. Spencer Tallant was very helpful and when we decided to leave the electric car for the time being he showed us some petrol models and we bought one , very pleased with our purchase.

No hard sell. It’s great that a video is done on the car so you can get a feel for it. Staff are knowledgeable, went to see the car, bought the following week. All round good feel good experience.

Recently purchased a Jaguar F pace from Vertu Skipton. Spencer was our representative. On arrival he noted our interest in the two F pace they had in stock and immediately opened the cars for us to get a further look. He handled us well, not being too in our space, given us time to form our thoughts but also being pleasant and available for any questions. He was knowledgeable and made the effort to do a proper factfind so that when the natural nerves came up, he was able to effectively navigate any concerns. Paperwork all signed and even made the effort to drop the car to us so we could avoid an hour journey each way. All the other colleagues on site looked equally friendly and engaged with us as appropriate. Would buy from there again

Going to initially look at cars and doing the deal everything went well but it went downhill from there. We were promised a video of the car as soon as it arrived but we never got it. Collection day left us feeling totally deflated and almost an inconvenience. W arrived on time and we looked at our new car only to notice a scrape on the door. We went into the showroom and was met by the salesperson who sat us down never even offered us a drink. She was going through the paperwork when her next customers arrived she told them, I won’t be long just finishing up here as though we were an inconvenience. Another salesperson came and asked her if he could look after her next customer and she said NO my commission. We told her about damage to the door, she came out looked at it and said we would have to take it back next week to be put right, not what I wanted to do with a brand new car that my wife needed for work. We could not get it back that week and after a few emails she then wanted photos of the damage for the plastics man, like we were making it up. We really felt like we were nothing so this is the 3rd new VW we have bought, but the first from Vertu and we have been left feeling very unimpressed. I don’t think we will be dealing with them again. The experience from Lookers at Blackburn was a lot better.

Recently had bad experience with another dealer, found Vertu motors Skipton and what a world of difference , they treated me with total respect and gave full attention to detail, I won’t hesitate ever going back ( live in bury) special mention to Sarah thank you so much for all the effort
