I had booked in for my Renault for a…service
I had booked in for my Renault for a service today , I was called and messaged left day before stating my service was at 8.30 and not 1pm , I called to check and was told it’s still for 1pm , on arrival I was then told it’s at 1.30 and would take just over two hrs . Not the best experience , unfortunately this was no good to me especially as when I called I was told it would take around a hour. Cancelled appointment . Waste of 3 hours of my time and money . Avoid them .

Straight-forward purchase
This purchase was very straightforward as I had already pinpointed the car I wanted and the price and I was a cash buyer with no trade-in. However, the salesperson was very polite, helpful and not pushy in terms of extras I did not want. She was also very helpful with the necessary documentation. It was easy to get a test drive.

From the sales, test drive and valeting process, nothing has been too much trouble.
Dan was very helpful from the first phone call and arranged for me to test drive in a quieter area of Plymouth as I’m not from the immediate area. This small gesture was greatly appreciated. This coupled with excellent communication throughout the process and attention to detail made purchasing a car so much easier.Thank you!
I really cannot leave a review without thanking the wonderful valeting team who serviced my car. Although, I purchased a used car, to me it’s a new car and my goodness, it looked immaculate! I drove off the forecourt looking like I was driving a car straight out of the showroom. Thank you so very much!!
