Any issues such as long lead times from order to delivery cannot be attributed to Vertu Derby; in fact they found me another car of the same specs and expedited my order by several weeks.
On my several visits to the showroom staff were always helpful and polite.
The final car price and monthly payments were very competitive due to the generous discounts given.

I was very satisfied with the customer service provided by Daniel. From the moment he first contacted me and I reserved the car, his communication was excellent. He even sent me a personalised video of the car before collection, which was a great touch and very reassuring.

When we arrived at the dealership, Daniel was already waiting for us and made the test drive experience smooth and enjoyable. Overall, everything went very smoothly, and I was genuinely impressed with the level of service.

Even after the purchase, the service remained outstanding. The service book was accidentally left behind, but Daniel handled the situation professionally. Our email communication was clear and efficient, and he sent the service book to me by post without any issues.

I am very happy with both the service and the car, and I would highly recommend Vertu Renault Derby.

Competitive, customer focused, capable & friendly. A new van that had been on order for in excess of a year was almost rejected due to several specification changes by Renault. Tyrena Swann at Renault Commercial sales Derby really stepped up to the mark and arranged the resolution of all the issues. When I went to pick up the van I was completely amazed by the quality of the work that had been completed. Communication was excellent with Tyrena, she always answered the phone and face to face meetings were always focused on me as the customer and I left never having felt like I had been rushed out the door. A complete contrast to many previous dealerships having purchased two vans previously. Thankyou Tyrena for restoring my faith and for the exceptional outcome due to your persistent effort to deliver what I had ordered. A real asset to Vertu Renault Derby and a dealership that I would highly recommend.

Fantastic service at the showroom. Aaron was so helpful and talked us through everything. The process was super simple.

From the moment we entered the dealership in March until I collected my new car in September, everyone has been exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional.

My first enquiry was with Emily in March, the again in April for a test drive & placing an order, once more in July after the EV grant had been announced to update my order.

Rob took over in August when it was close to collecting, then in September making sure all of the paperwork was ready and what I needed to have in place for my part exchange.

When I'd completed the handover Matt introduced himself as another point of contact should I need any further help if Rob was on a day off.

Scott and Jonah were both very helpful and friendly. There was no pressure to buy and Scott answered every question with ease (and there were alot as I was used to much older cars). I would certainly consider going back to Vertu Derby to get another car.

Shocking company, really bad service. Sold me a brand new vehicle that from the start had engine problems, took years, a great number of days off work, emails sent and the ombudsman to finally get it rectified. When they finally fixed the engine, they damaged my air conditioning which they then refused to acknowledge they had done it, then tried to charge me for finding the damage they had done! Use them at your peril!

We previously had a really bad experience with another car from another dealership, so we were really cautious about buying another car, but Dan was great. He helped us find the perfect car, and really put us at ease. We were about to give up for the day when we called in to Vertu not feeling hopeful that we would find anything, but I’m so glad we did! We are so pleased with our car and the communication both before and after buying the car has been excellent. I felt like a really valued customer.
