Jack answered every question I had, no matter how small, and took the time to explain everything in detail so I felt completely comfortable and informed throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him.
He genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, and even kept the cups of tea coming while I was there! His patience, professionalism and friendly approach made a huge difference.
Customer service like this is hard to find these days. I would highly recommend Jack to anyone looking for a car. A truly first-class experience from someone who clearly cares about his customers.

I purchased a Hyundai Kona N Line S on 20 March and my experience has not been great overall.
At handover there was a chip on the windscreen, which I had to challenge under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 before it was addressed.
There was also a mark on the paintwork that was noticed at collection. This was eventually rectified by the dealer.
The vehicle was also supplied with a missing tow eye cover, which raised concerns for me about a possible previous bump or insufficient inspection before sale.
More recently I have developed ongoing issues with refuelling, where the fuel pump repeatedly clicks off after only a small amount of petrol, making it difficult to fill the tank properly. This is still ongoing.
Overall, while the car drives fine when working correctly, the number of issues at handover and during ownership has made this a frustrating experience and not what I would expect from a main dealer purchase. I would not make a purchase from Vertu again.
Edit- This dealership does not want to accept my right to reject under UK Consumer law, notably the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Having spoken to the Citizens Advice Bureau, they have confirmed I do have a valid case to reject.

Thought I would make a telephone call to find out if any of my local dealers have the new Renault 4 Etech in stock so that I can go and view with a potential to buy.
I wasn’t expecting great things as I have only been in virtu on one previous occasion and I actually swore I’d never go in again because staff were awful. So I made the call and I was greeted with the phrase of something like, “ to improve our service your call may be recorded….” I thought here we go! I was put through to a female who then set about the best she could to get my full name and address as well as my telephone number. I politely declined because all I wanted to know was is the particular car in the showroom so I can make the effort to travel to have a look at it with a view to buy it. you really do not need my name address and telephone number to give me the answer to that question and what it does do is start to get me really wound up. So she said she would put me through to Mansfield and then after a few seconds, she came back to me and said none of our staff are available I will try the Hyundai garage next door and before I could answer she put me on hold again. She then came back to me and said that nobody was available there either and could she just have my telephone number and then she could get someone to call me. Nice try. So I told her not to bother and I was very polite to her and said it wasn’t her fault but I gave her some advice. The advice was how about in an effort to improve your service just install a telephone that actually rings in the dealership of the place where I need to speak to. How about getting rid of this stupid system where someone picks a phone up and then has to try ringing around themselves in effort to find someone to speak with who can answer the question. You have those people available in the actual showrooms so stop this trend of getting customers inconvenience when calling and make the experience a pleasure. Needless to say the Renault four is now off of my shortlist . So when you are looking at metrics and the best way forward for your business calls like mine will never get picked up and the impact will never be noticed but let me tell you now you’ve just lost a potential £30,000 sale.

Everything was perfect, from meeting the salesman Ben, signing for the car, the contact Ben kept with me throughout the order and delivery process and the hand over of the car on time dead on the day despite being told I may have to weight longer due to back logs and other stuff going on in the world which I was more than willing to wait but in the end I didn't need to 🙂

I went into Hyundai and was served by Jack and told him what I was looking for in a car. He was very knowledgeable, friendly but most importantly NOT pushy. Day of pick up. I was feeling slightly nervous and he took the time to take me out on another test drive and afterwards go through all the controls etc in the car. After care as well was brilliant. I had a query and rang up and he happily went through it with me and put my mind at ease. Customer service mixed with friendliness is 110% at this car dealership.

We recently purchased a Hyundai Tucson and had a great experience thanks to Kieran and his manager, Emma. From start to finish, they were friendly, approachable, and highly knowledgeable about the car and the process. The level of customer service we received was excellent — nothing felt rushed, and they genuinely seemed to care about helping us find the right car. Their professionalism and helpful attitude made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

I arrived early for my appointment with Marlon but he was happy to assist me with looking for a new car. Marlon was very attentive as to what I wanted in the new car and was happy to omit anything I didn't want. Marlon even took me on an impromptu test drive. At no time did I feel pressured into purchasing a new car and I felt that at anytime I could decide that the cars available were not for me and I could have terminated the appointment. However, as it turned out Marlon assisted me in selecting my new car and within a few hours I was driving out of the dealership in my chosen car. Thank you Marlon.
