I went to Honda just to see what was going on, and by chance I met Adrien at the entrance. He showed me around and we discussed my new vehicle. When I explained that my family had grown, he immediately recommended the Honda HR-V — and he was absolutely right. I decided to buy it.

Adrien guided me through the whole process, kept me informed at every step, and even negotiated the best price with his manager on my behalf. I feel very lucky to have met him, and my next car will definitely be from Adrien again.

11th Feb 25 collect new car from Vertu Honda Stockton

26th Feb, Brake hold not releasing, contacted dealership and informed them of the fault, advised to contact AA, they attended released the break and advised to book car into dealership for investigation. Advised first available appointment was 1st April.
1st April reported to service department warning light issues and reversing camera out of focus. Following inspection they reported no faults found and no action would be taken on poor quality camera.
8th April, car would not start, several warning Icons displayed. I found the negative battery terminal connection was loose, the connection could be lifted off and required several turns on the fixing to achieve a firm connection.
I reported my finding to Andrew Price informing him we wished to return the car as my wife has no faith in the car and it was causing her distress. This request was denied by the branch manager. Andrew was to speak to the service manager.
9th April Andrew arranging the car to be used by dealership for a week to monitor the car with a courtesy car to be made available for my wife.
I suspect the root cause of the defects was the loose battery cable and passed these thoughts onto Andrew which he tended to agree with.
14th April we cancelled the investigation as no further faults had occurred.
3rd June Tyre pressure warning light came on. Checked pressures on tyres when cold, found to be 1.6 bar which is below the specified pressure.
Set the pressures as specified 2.2 – 2.3 Bar warning light went out.
4th June Tyre pressure warning light came on, checked pressures found no change from previous day.
5th June contacted Andrew informed him of this warning light he advised the tyre pressure warning light required resetting. I also reiterated I have no confidence this vehicle had any pre delivery checks from being moved from the showroom to us collecting the car.
Said I wished to make a formal complain he said someone will phone me, still waiting for phone call.

I recently bought my CCM Spitfire Bobber Stealth motorcycle from Vitue Honda Stockton on Tees Motorcycles.I am absolutely over the moon with it.
20 months old and 1 previous owner it is in immaculate condition!I hadn't seen the bike in the flesh but was assured by Michael at the branch it was in mint condition, l
I'd see pictures on line and Michael sent me a personal video confirming what he'd said.
It's a dream bike!!!
The sale went smoothly over the phone with a lot of back and forth info and conversation. Delivery was arranged by Michael for £199.00(l live in Norfolk) with a 7-10 day time line and was here in 4 days.

Was just passing and popped in to see about a new bike. Spoke to a lovely fella, Kenn. Walked me through a few lovely bikes and the learn to ride programme as my daughter is wanting to learn. Didnt have much time that day, but will be popping back next week to finalise a few things with them. Great service, very friendly and not pushy at all.

I test drove a Honda Civic. Stockton Branch. Nice car. Organised my own car loan with a bank. Car had missing service intervals so was only serviced once in 2 years. Not happy with this so decided not to go through with deal. Car dealer said whilst chewing gum and I kid you not: “So you’ve been wasting my time!” My response: “ No need to be so rude.” He said the car was cheap because it had missing service intervals. They had no other car in my price range so left. I rang the manager and he seemed to defend the salesman saying : “He’s not normally like this. He must have stepped out of the bed on the wrong side!”

Second time in the dealership since I bought my Honda from them and honestly I had the best experience every time. Jennifer Rookes was my service advisor this time and she was great!!! I would highly recommend Vertu Honda Stockton! All staff members are very respectful and they definitely care about their customers! Thank you Jennifer and Honda Team.

Matthew Bacon was fabulous,he talked us through all the process of getting a new mobility car. From us walking in for the 1st time he kept us updated with the progress of the car, when it arrived Matthew went through the paperwork and walked us through the handover. He even paired our phones. Thank you so much to Honda Vertu and especially Matthew Bacon.

Motorcycle number 44 bought from Rob at vertu honda motorcycles Stockton. Exceptional sales experience and probably one of the finest of all my Motorcycle purchases.
Took it in for annual service first thing this morning after three phone calls to make sure that the bike was eligible, giving the total mileage two days before, to be turned away saying the millage was too low and that it wasn't old enough. I purchased the annual pre paid service plan as an extra.
I find this disgusting. So much so that I don't want to return to this dealership again.
I might even look for a different brand of Motorcycle for bike number 45 even though I really like my Honda.
I hope no one else gets messed around by Stockton vertu honda service department like this.

Hayleigh the service receptionist at Honda Stockton on tees was really good with dealing with our problem and I would give her 5 stars but the other staff are just ignorant who just don't ring you back when they say they will and don't even care about existing customers .

Ordered a new Honda Bike (With approx. 2-3k worth of extra's )to replace my ageing 66 plate bike (with only 1750 miles on it), was assured that the new bike would be in May/June, end of May my Tax/Insurance was due on my current bike so I thought that I would take my bike to the dealer as I was expecting the new bike at anytime. My old bike sold straight away but I still have not heard about the New bike and when I contacted Vertu Honda at Preston Farm they had no idea when Honda will be delivering any bike's into the country, what sort of Company (HONDA) treats its customers like this? I bought my wife's car from here and have no problem with the Dealer but HONDA as a company need to get there act together before customers like me decide enough is enough and turn to other Car/Bike dealers to provide better customer service. Now sat with no bike, old bike sold of very quickly with low mileage and a dealer who has no idea when HONDA will decide to deliver any stock.

I have just bought a one year old Honda from Vertu Honda Stockton and can confirm that the whole buying and part exchange process was handled really well by the salesman, Kesar Din. At no time did I feel under pressure to buy a car from the garage. All aspects of the paperwork were clearly explained and the vehicle handover process was thorough and informative. Subsequent contacts with Kesar have been very pleasant - a very professional, customer focussed employee of the organisation. This is my second purchase from Vertu Honda - the first being from their Durham branch - and it was due to the positive experience there and the satisfaction with my car that I choose to go to Vertu Honda again.
