Fantastic Experience at Vertu Honda Mansfield
Just want to say a huge thank you to Tom at Mansfield Vertu Honda!
My family have been using this dealership for some time and have always had a fantastic experience here. Tom organised a previous car for my family, and I thought it was time for me to upgrade to a Honda.
It’s my first time owning a Honda, but from the service at this branch I have absolutely made the right choice. Everyone here is incredibly courteous, have more than enough time for each question and Tom, especially, delivers customer service that superseded any of my expectations.
He offered me a fair price for my part exchange, helped me find a new car and made the whole experience incredibly seamless. He kept me up-to-date throughout the buying process by email and phone and talked me through all options from start to finish.
What I found best, was that Tom genuinely seemed to have my interests at heart. He listened to any concerns that I had and he made sure that the decision was right for me every step of the way.
When the car was ready, it was absolutely immaculate and I have never been happier in all the time I have owned a vehicle. I cannot thank Tom and Honda Mansfield enough, thank you!

Honest review ** after a bit of a rocky start, mainly to do with 3rd party finance, the service I received was above and beyond my expectations. I had Kevin Wong look after my purchase of the vehicle. I am not the easiest person to deal with due to personal circumstances but Kevin did not deter from doing his upmost to help me. I chose to have delivery made on the vehicle, Kevin knew how much I needed said vehicle and chose to deliver it himself for me. I have found him to be one of the nicest people I have come across in a long time. Thank you so much for all you did for me. One very happy customer.

Absolutely first class. My contact/salesperson was Kevin Wong and I have to say he was fantastic from start to finish.
He kept me informed about the process the whole way through via calls/emails...
It was a pleasure to meet him at pickup, and we had a good chat while Kevin did the formalities. He did the part exchange paperwork and inspection, handled the tax, filled the tank and did the dvla changeover too.
Once the finance was sorted beforehand, all I had to do really was send payment for the tax and petrol, then go pick it up!
He made sure I was made aware of all the warranties they offer then showed me around the car and gave me a crash course of the controls etc.
After all that, I have to say... so far I'm loving the car.
I'd definitely recommend.
10 out of 10. 😉
