Charlotte was fabulous helping buy my new Honda Civic Sports Hybrid explaining all the benefits. Charlotte was very good at spending my money with insurance for Alloys then minor scratches and dents oh the list goes on. In fact I still think she got my credit card.

I recently purchased a car from Honda, and I can honestly say it was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had.

Very positive, no hard sell involved throughout. Had a few minor hiccups with the trade in but Tom pulled out all the stops and together we found a solution. The handover of the new vehicle was not just a collection but an experience and felt valued.

A new car purchased and a contented customer
The staff at vertu honda Boston are excellent, knowledgeable and efficient. Despite having cleaned out my bank account they sent me home happy.
The new car was presented immaculately and all the staff saw us off. The sales ethos is of highest order and it is always a pleasure to visit, if occasionally expensive. The coffee is excellent and the biscuits very pleasing. Thanks to all for making a costly purchase seem like almost a pleasure.

Having never bought a new car and not being exactly techno savvy, we cannot fault the help and advice we received from Sophia and the rest of the team at Vertu Honda, Boston.
The company presents itself very well, approachable staff, pristine showroom. You can tell the staff are very proud to be able to represent Honda, which they do very well.

BMW X1
We booked an appointment at Vertu Honda in Boston because me and my wife where interested in a BMW X1 they had for sale. We arrived half an hour late due to rain and traffic. Upon arrival we received really excellent customer service we where made to feel very welcome even though it is a Honda dealership. Our appointment was with a very nice young lady called Charlotte who showed us around the car and took us out on a test drive. Charlotte was very knowledgeable about the BMW and all of it's fixtures which at a Honda Dealership I wasn't expecting. We decided the car was for us so we started the haggling process. Charlotte didn't take anything to heart and was very good at bargaining, we also meet Charlotte's boss Kieran, who also was as welcoming as Charlotte. We bought a great car from Honda Boston and meet great members of Staff. Thank you all so much.

Missing mats, feel decided
Overall experience buying the car was great, I've dealt with honda as a whole for over 10 years with no issue, and my cars always came fully equipped with mats. However, when receiving this most recent car, it had no mats, just carpet with the nodules where a mat is supposed to go. I contacted Tom who advised the manager would call me over this and I never got the call. For the cost of the car, I would expect mats to come with it as all my other ones have, and if no mats are in the car I should've been made aware, they could've at least offered to cover the cost of replacing them, as it part ex car had them, had I have know this one didn't have mats I'd have kept my mats. Disappointed at this experience.

Typical main dealer experience.
Typical main dealer experience, nice showroom and friendly staff. However they were not forthcoming re the history of the car I was buying, implying they had looked after the car when in fact it was only the last service that they did. Lauren has been helpful but she has her targets to fulfill and they glossed over detail to get the sale. Buyer beware, I was not as diligent as I should have been as I trusted this main Honda dealer. I have learnt a lot from this experience. I recently bought another Honda from Crown Honda, a family run company. A totally different and better experience.
