Went in to Vertu Ford Stafford looking to purchase a second hand car. We were met by Royston who was very friendly, knowledgable and courteous. He helped me purchase the appropriate vehicle for my requirements. During the discussions and working out the figures the team of Royston, Nathan and Pete all bent over backwards to accommodate and meet my financial parameters. A very friendly team and the whole process was stress free. Excellent communication during the whole process. Well done lads.

I only went for a browse and ended up with a gorgeous car
I was thinking of upgrading my car at some point in the near future so I just went for a browse . As soon as I walked into the showroom in Stafford Nathen who was one of the managers came to me and asked how he could help. He took me outside to show me how to scan the barcodes on the vehicles which was new to me because the cars used to display the prices. He asked me what I was looking for and he took me round to show me what he had . He was so nice and helpful and explained everything to me . Anyway I ordered a nice new car from one of the other branches in Redditch and the next day it arrived, Nathan got it ready for me just after lunch . I'm really pleased with the car and Nathen and all the staff were absolutely brilliant . I would highly recommend vertu in Stafford.

Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient
We approached Vertu Stafford with regards to a Motability car. Damian Boote their specialist was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He arranged a test drive for us and as we liked the car we placed an order immediately. We were keppt informed with progress and the handover of our previous car and the new one was very efficiently done with minimal fuss.

Darryl was so helpful as we chose our new car. I had never driven an automatic car before and he patiently explained how to drive the automatic and how the electric, fuel ratio worked. He took time to show me all the ford instrument cluster and the different modes of driving. After the initial figures were calculated he left us to think it over without being pushy.
Darryl also explained tne extended warranty which we wanted and the service payment plan.
I would not hesitate to recommend Darryl or the Vertu business standards.

Annoyed and disappointed!
I am very, very disappointed with this garage. My daughter was looking for a new car and we saw one that we thought would have suited her, so called up to make an appointment to view it, and left a holding deposit. Our appointment was at 9.30am the next morning so we travelled there; an hours drive from where i live. On the way there we had a telephone call 10 mins before we were due to arrive which we couldn't answer as we were using our phone for the Sat nav. Anyway, on arrival my daughter, her partner and I went into the sales team for our appointment only to he told that they were removing the car from sale as they didn't have the V5 document from the old owner so were unable to tax the vehicle!! Although the gentleman we spoke to was very apologetic, we were bitterly disappointed and annoyed that we'd had our time wasted! Why on earth would you advertise a vehicle for sale when all the paperwork wasn't in order! This garage has apparently won awards, but I think this shows complete unprofessionalism. To add insult to injury my daughter then had to phone several times to request her holding deposit back. I cannot comment on the quality of the vehicles and after sales service for this garage but our first interactions do not show it in a good light!

The vehicle had been sourced from another dealership with assurances that the V5 document would follow imminently. Unfortunately, when it became clear that this would not be the case, we had no option but to remove the vehicle from sale, as we could not legally proceed with taxing and registering it for a customer.
I appreciate that this was frustrating, particularly given the distance you travelled to view the vehicle, and I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. However, this situation arose from documentation issues outside of our control, and whilst we understand your disappointment, we do not feel it reflects on the professionalism or standards of service we strive to provide.
We would, however, welcome the opportunity to assist your daughter in finding a suitable alternative vehicle from our extensive network of stock across the group. If you would like to discuss this further, please contact the dealership directly and we will be happy to help.

Awful service awful customer service
When I ordered my new car I specifically asked for active cruise control package, car arrived, never seen the car until I sat in it 26th June, drove away and noticed it wasn’t working, when I called to ask, got told by Nathan that it wasn’t added. Awful customer service support, I felt like all they wanted was a sale, got called a lier by the branch manager, I shall never go to ford Stafford ever again and I’ll pass this onto my friends to the tell them to stay away from Stafford. Also I shall be putting a complaint in regarding how I’ve been left.
