So many broken promises just to get you to buy, then once you've paid, You hear all sorts of stories blaming each other crazy.
They
charged me £1,444 for delivery cost transit custom from Southampton to Orpington there show room.
Didn't realise till I received invoice.
Ridiculous,
I have my new van only 3 days now and want to return as already giving me problems, they said NO I can't return.
Now I how to go above through ford direct.

Excellent service
Luke was welcoming and always on hand to answer questions throughout the process of purchasing my van. A couple of minor issues popped up but they were sorted as soon as they appeared. Couldn't ask for better service.

I had been let down by another company, and decided to ask Vertu Ford if they could help in getting me a Raptor.
This was on a Thursday. That same day, all paperwork and financials were completed by Bradley Malin, and by Tuesday he handed me the keys. Outstanding service.
