Excellent service from Sam at Vertu 🤩
This is my 2nd mini from Sam at Vertu - absolutely fantastic experience! Sam was warm, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about helping me find the perfect car. She made the whole process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable — nothing was ever too much trouble.
Sam and Becky at Vertu are equally lovely, professional, and attentive, creating such a relaxed and friendly atmosphere throughout. I felt completely looked after every step of the way, and the customer service was truly outstanding.
I’m absolutely thrilled with my MINI and couldn’t recommend Sam and the Vertu team highly enough. If you’re thinking about buying a car, definitely go and see them — you’ll be in the best hands!

Could have been 5*
Purchased a used BMW for £28K. The interaction with the Sales Executive rates a 5 star. However, the car arrived with nearly 400 extra miles than was on the car at the time of purchase. One of the keys was not functioning and needed a new battery. After only 8 miles of driving the tyre pressure is out of spec. Difficult to understand when you see how BMW pushes its pre-sales checks.

Outstanding, Taylor was our sales advisor, he was absolutely amazing. We ask him to look for a car within our price range,low mileage and age of car. Found one for us within 15 mins. The qashqai we got was automatic, I had never drove on before. The day of my test drive I was so nervous just like taking my driving test again. Taylor talked me through the motion and I did ok. Absolutely love it . I would recommend all my friends to go there. Thanks again everyone involved. Mrs jackson

Sam was very polite, professional and attentive, and managed to find me a deal which I am very happy with. Even though he was on annual leave for hand over, I was left in max’s capable hands, who again was all of the above. No problem was too small, and all issues were resolved before I left. Thank you
