poor service PCP car finance
Agree with previous review regarding car claim for miss sold PCP. Very poor communication, not outcome yet several years down the line. Have now been asked to sign consent for case to be transferred to another firm. I wish I could withdraw from the agreement.
From the reviews clearly the firm work well with regards to housing claims shame same can not be said for car issues.

Embarrassment to the legal profession
I was persuaded that I was missold car finance in January 2021 and was promised a pay out of a four figure sum. Here we are still in August 2024!
The company is appalling with their communication blaming change of legislation, different tactics they are going to use and again promising the world. If I could take this to another company believe me I would. How many phone calls have I received…. NONE!!!
This company is a disgrace to the legal profession and in my experience the epitome of how bad you can get treated from the legal services

My experience with Veritas was 5 star
My experience has been very good at the beginning , I changed solicitors on the case once but I was informed by letter outlining this. The communication was through both emails and text messages were sent in good time. Beatriz took over my case accordingly and communicated by phone email and text messages consistently until the case settled . Documents sent were easy to read and download. I was very happy with the experience I recieved and would recommend them.
