Dean from Veritas visited my business within a day or two of me calling him and took all the pictures on the day he came. The ad was live within 24 hrs and I was getting a constant stream of buyers viewing the property. The business was sold in a short period of time to a very nice couple. The whole process was very professional and he even put me in touch with a good firm of solicitors to complete the sale. I cannot recommend him highly enough, I shall be using his services again shortly for another business sale. I've used several agents over the years who specialised in take-aways and they were no where near as good as Dean at Veristas.

Great details, excellent exposure for the business when it hit the market, lots of interest and posted in lots of different places from property sites to industry magazines. Business was sold within 4 months and we sold 3 separate businesses as 2 share sales which was quite complex. Found the right buyer for us and we were very happy with the service. Dean at Veritas was very helpful and always available. We had a nighmare with the landlords agent, miss communications with the landlord and a huge delay with the superior landlords. We eventually completed but this caused us untold stress and financial loss with the restaurant having to close for four weeks while the various landlords were getting their paperwork in order.
Delay after delay but Veritas kept us in good spirits. Dean is highly reccommendable if you wish to sell your business.
