I had my review on 8/3/2026 everything went well but my registration number wasn’t updated so I found it and put it into your website. I even called you to make sure it was received. I’m still waiting for it to be updated. My payment went through so that’s not a problem. I’m still waiting.

It's been a week since registering and…
It's been a week since registering and completing my med appt and I haven't yet received my med card for Virginia. I confirmed that the Dr. submitted the paperwork within 24 hours of my appointment. Veriheal customer service has, thus far, been completely ineffective.
