Double Standard?
The doctor I was originally scheduled with never showed-up. If I do the same exact thing the doctor did, I get charged an additional $50. When I asked this question in the chat, the person apologized and offered $10 off for the inconvenience (I declined because $10 is meaningless and petty). When I told the chat I would like to talk to a supervisor about this, no one ever got back to me. Plain and simple question really, why am I charged an additional $50 if I do the same thing the doctor did??? Is my time less important, because that's what it seems like you're saying.

My certificate was not uploaded for my renewal until a week later when I had to contact veriheal to ensure ot was done. I was also told I would receive a call to discuss this issue as this being the second occurence. No one has contacted me back yet.
Follow up: I was contacted after writing the review and they listened to my concerns and offered compensation for the problems experienced.
