Zeina

I spoke to zeina in regards to some debt I had with my accounts. Zeina was very very helpful and she explained everything thoroughly to me. I really recommend this company and zeina as your financial advisor.

Waste of time and money

It wasn't helpful at all. I had this company tried to help improve my credit almost for 6 months nothing happened, I had to cancel the contract there are no improvement in my credit, they told me not to use my credit cards. Now I have to pay high interest I have to pay them.
If you could work on your credit yourself just do it yourself.

We want to clarify that the services provided to you are not part of a credit restoration program. The program you enrolled in with us is designed to settle your debts. As these accounts are settled, your credit profile can improve. In your case, you are dealing with 12 creditors, 9 of which have your accounts in a charge-off status, meaning they were severely past due prior to enrolling with us. By completing the program, these accounts would be settled and no longer reflect as charge-offs, which could have benefited your credit profile.

The entire program was quoted to take 48 months from start to finish. As per your review, you have only been with us for 6 months. During this period, we successfully received multiple settlement offers from your creditors. These offers were communicated to you, but you chose to decline them and subsequently canceled your program.

You were an ideal candidate for this program, and we are disappointed to see you cancel and write a negative experience. Our management team will contact you directly to address any questions or concerns you may have. We hope to speak with you soon.
