Klasse website werd me aanbevolen voor binnenhuis en nu gelijk voor banken en schutting buiten voor leuke prijs lak gekocht. Snelle levering nu nog wachten op de lente......

Zonder die vervelende bug was het 5/5

Zeer snel geleverd. Goed verpakt.
Een minpunt is de onterechte bestelbevestiging nog voor de bestelling helemaal is afgerond. Zeer verwarrend en kan ertoe leiden dat de klant eindeloos op zijn bestelling zit te wachten, zonder te weten dat die er helemaal (nog) niet aan komt.

Wanneer er op bestellen is geklikt is de bestelling geplaatst en wordt er automatisch een bestelbevestiging verstuurd, ook al is de betaling nog niet uitgevoerd. De betaling kan immers later worden uitgevoerd, afhankelijk van de gekozen betaalmethode. Wanneer de bestelling verstuurd is ontvang je een email met de track & trace informatie.

Ik hoop dat het zo duidelijk is.

Zeer tevreden!!

Goede kwaliteit verf. Tevens €15 korting ontvangen en nog een pot verf besteld voor minder dan €13!!

bad experience

I placed an order (#O2044986) on February 22, 2026. The system accepted the order and indicated that it was ready to be shipped to me by DHL. The next day I received a message with apologies stating that they do not ship to my country of residence and that the order had been cancelled. I was also informed that the refund had already been initiated.
Since then I have received neither the refund nor any response to my emails asking when the money will be returned. However, I continue to receive daily emails asking me to send photos of my roof for which I supposedly used their products.
To be clear: I did not receive the product and I have not received my money back.
How is it possible from a company that presents itself a reputable business?

Thank you for your feedback and our sincere apologies for the confusion and delay.

Your order to Switzerland unfortunately had to be cancelled because we are currently unable to ship to that destination. Before issuing the refund, the order first needed to be processed administratively in our system, which caused an unexpected delay. We can confirm that the refund has now been processed.

Regarding the other order: according to DHL’s tracking information, this shipment was successfully delivered last Wednesday.

We also discovered that an email you sent us unfortunately did not arrive in our inbox due to a technical issue. This problem has now been resolved.

We understand that this situation has been frustrating and we apologize for the inconvenience. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us directly and we will be happy to assist you.
