I had unlocked a bike and had issues with the speaker. I solved that issue in 3 minutes. I than tried to ride the bike and it would not move. I even checked the wheels and kept pushing the throttle. I pay monthly for access membership. Therefore I get 30 minutes free a day. I eventually walked and grabbed another bike and charged $5.38. I assumed they would refund...No!! After numerous emails and talking to customer service! Reason being I didn't IMMEDIATELY END THE RIDE. Are you serious over $5.38. That's not customer service when you're product failed to work. Bike did not move and left in same location. I should of been giving a refund for faulty bike.
