Compré un producto la dirección se me cambió al formalizar el pago os escribí para solucionarlo al momento y contestáis 3 días después diciendo que el producto ya había salido y que no podéis hacer nada,mentira en el seguimiento estaba como que lo teníais en el almacén no recomiendo a nadie que compre y ninguna solución por parte de ellos

I placed my order on the 1st with a 2-3…
I placed my order on the 1st with a 2-3 day delivery and it is now the 9th and I have still not received my socks.
The quality of the socks are great and so are the designs but the delivery is extremely poor

Hi Shane, we've just checked your tracking and your order has now been delivered. I can see there was a gap between when we sent it and Evri stating it's in their system. Not sure what happened there, this is very unusual. Glad you've got them now though!
