Very friendly and excellent advice. We were given a perfect itinerary to tour California with some lovely hotels. All worked perfectly.

Paul - patience and professionalism!
Paul was helpful and patient in organising a break to Sani Dunes (Greece). He provided a number of room and board pricing options and was on hand while I procrastinated! My calls with him were always upbeat and fun although he remained calm and professional. If you really don't have time to research and book I really do recommend Paul and his colleagues who have great knowledge and experience to help you book the perfect holiday.

Paul Thomas must know that I’m his most indecisive client, so any enquiry (amazingly!) is always faced with positivity and good humour! To be fair, we have been long-term loyal family clients for some years now, and he knows what he’s up against when I call with the ‘where shall we go?!’ question! He organised us (family of 4) to go to the Romanos (mainland Greece) with ease ~ and everything we asked for was delivered without any fuss. The flight, transfer and room choices were all spot on (2 teenagers to also please!) and I would absolutely recommend talking with Paul for your future travel requirements. He always listens and once he knows the remit, he goes away and responds with some suitable options and chats through any queries or questions. Great knowledge and obviously good relationships with all of the hotels he books up. He got this holiday really right and the Romanos itself as a resort offers such wonderful food, sports and great wines! You should go! :-)

My husband and I were on holiday in Harrogate in August and popped in just out of interest, we were met by Briony a lovely knowledgeable woman. She asked how she could help and we requested plans for an unusual holiday.
Two days later we had plans and costings for a trip to Canada visiting Toronto and the Niagara Falls and a food tour then on to Banff to swim in the springs and go on the cable car. One of the highlights is travelling through the Rocky Mountains on a fantastic train journey for two days and finishing with a cruise in Alaska. A holiday of a lifetime!
Briony listened to what we liked and didn’t like and took it all on board (pardon the pun😊) she made us feel special and in safe hands, giving us lots of suggestions and taking away any concerns.

We always rely on Aimi Donohue of Harrogate Ventur to organise a fabulous holiday for us. She has helped us for several years to visit Greece, Norway, and I am looking forward to Morocco and Sweden. Everything is arranged flights, transfers, hotels, excursions - you name it, Aimi sorts it. She takes all the stress out if a holiday and is kind and considerate to deal with.

What can I say....Paul was amazing, I was underpressure with work commitments so the fun of looking for holidays became a chore. I made contact with Paul after he was highly recommended from a client of mine, he was amazing, listening to my family needs and requests for our long awaited holiday. Nothing was too much trouble and the easy of booking and the care taken to ensure we had a stress free holiday was priceless. Cannot reccomend Paul highly enough. We have already set him on our next trip to research.

Paul Thomas, our agent, proved to be very knowledgable and helped us with the organisation of a cruise with Royal Caribbean (his recommendation)
and making sure all our requests were in place. We were a family party of 12 of all ages (no mean feat). Thank you Paul, we already have a holiday planned with Paul for January and also July in 2024.

Just got back from a fantastic holiday in Rhodes. Aimi organised everything for us, making it one of the most hassle free holidays we have ever had. Wow, what a break, Riva Del Garda was the perfect spot for venturing out and visiting other nearby towns/villages. The food was amazing and the staff were so friendly and helpful with everything. The booking was perfect for our family of 4 the teens 18 & 16 loved the holiday, a good mix of relaxing by the pool and out and about seeing the sites. all perfectly booked without any hassles. Paul Thomas is brilliant at finding the holiday that suits you, he listens and takes notes of everyone's little nuances, and a husband that never wants to go on holiday, but enjoyed this one so much he said it was the best holiday we've ever had as a family. Thanks to Paul it was perfect.

Recently returned from a family holiday to Turkey booked with Aimi Donohue. We had an amazing time, which wouldn’t have been possible without the service provided by Aimi.
Aimi found us the perfect hotel to take our three sons and partners to, adult only and very central for trips, water sports and shopping. Aimi sorted all the smaller details too private transfers, fast track and keeping a room on for the last day, a professional service from start to finish.
