This company should be band from all selling sites as no refund and no free return label.

Don't bother I received the totally wrong item so when I got in touch after loads of emails photo to show what I had and wanted to return guess what no luck they said it was the right one for one they sent a rend one should have been blue so believe me stay well clear time for google to remove this site

Truly awful quality and service. Cheap import that broke during assembly. Unresponsive and unhelpful when trying to deal with the item. Still trying to get my money back. Avoid at all costs

I ordered 2 hearing aids from Ventayo.
Price , including insurance £140. Ordered it on line. During the last seconds of ordering a message flashed on the screen.
Stating that there was a 60 %=discount on the £140, making it £55; approx .
Naturally I quickly pressed this . Then the nightmare started . The approx £55 was Added to my bill ,so instead a final total of £190 was charged. After contacting them ,they gave me the approx extra £55 back.
I was so disgusted that I tried to immediately cancel the order
This they would not do.
I believe legally they should have only charged a total of approx £55 due to their stated 60 %discount quote.
Still not received the items.
Communication responses are terrible.

Deal with these people if you want complete stress.
I am disgusted.

This company is nothing but a scam.
I bought a smart watch in April which I returned because it was faulty. Three months later, nothing, no watch no refund. They lie about their products and cheat customers out of their money. I was hoping for a solution, No refund, no response—just silence.
Stay away from this fraudulent company! They are scamming people with false advertisements and fake customer support. What a shame!

I bought a blood glucose monitor and eventully received it. I tried it and compared the results with the standard pin prick method of glucose monitoring. No correlation, some arbitrary reading was shown. Within 2 days I asked fo a return address label as I wanted a full refund for a useless piece of equipment. After several email exchanges they offered me a 20% refund. I kept insisting on a return address label, now they do not even respond. False advertising and illegal selling practices!!. We have the right in the UK to return unsatisfactorey goods within 2 weeks of purchase. BAN them from the UK MARKET!!

I ordered hearing aids which were not effective. Having returned them with their returns label (end of January) I’ve had no replacement or refund. They reply to my e mails saying they are “looking into it”.
My next move now is to contact the credit card company (that too is not easy!)

They advertise 30 day returns multiple emails are completely ignored requesting return label! What is their address? There phone is never answered why is this company allowed to rip you off!

Terrible company to deal with purchased hearing aids that took ages to arrive from China after purporting to be available in England one packed in after a couple of days so returned pack to a British address and got confirmation received then nothing no promised replace ment and no reimbursement customer services are appalling almost non existent

product purchased looks nothing like the one in the advert - cheap nasty representation

email complaint asking for a refund and return and met with rejection despite clear photos showing the huge differences of the cheap nasty product received versus the image on their website

avoid - look at the "contact us" section on their website - its a fake address (look at the post code), call the phone number - its fake and goes nowhere - wish we'd spotted this before wasting our money.
Their own reviews shown on their website are likely fake also especially when you see the real reviews here on Trustpilot

Ordered a flashlight with power pack case and LCD display in percentages, what I got I think was old stock no case no power pack and no LCD only 4 little lights contacted them no answer got an answer on 4th attempt asked for pictures sent them and got a quick reply cant see pictures sent again asked for confirmation of receipt again no answer 4 more emails all asking for a reply and got nothing I have now given up after 3 months

I ordered 6 pieces of an ultrasound insect killer, but to my shock, I only received ONE broken piece! It doesn't work at all. I immediately tried to contact their customer service, but the phone number and address they provided are fake.

Please report this company to Action Fraud if you have been a victim of crime. Something should be done to stop this company from scamming people. Do not buy anything from this company. They are scammers. I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from them. I would have never used them. Bought a pair of hearing aids. They were faulty. Emailed the company. They asked me to send photos & a video. Replied back to them. Received an email with a returns label & they said when they receive the product they will send a replacement. Did this. When the product was delivered I emailed them asking when to expect the replacement hearing aids. Received an email saying they were looking into my query. Despite numerous emails, I still haven't received the replacement & am getting nowhere with emailing them. I have contacted Action Fraud & will be contacting the National Fraud Office. Would like to point out that the address & phone number are false.

They say they provide domestic shipping for the item I bought. This is not true, the item I purchased shipped from China. Nothing has arrived. They have ignored all emails. I will have to go through my credit card company for a chargeback. Avoid.

Hearing aids did not work properly. Requested refund as per this company’s no-risk 30 day money back guarantee. Took 15 communications and me reporting this FRAUD to Action Fraud and the National Fraud Office to finally get my money back. They send supposedly supportive e-mails asking for photos, offering 20% of the refund etc (as others have stated) presumably in the hope that the customer will give in. They are scammers and I would have put no stars if possible.

I purchased 2 Ultrasonic solar Powered Cat Repellents for my garden. It is advertised on their website as having a flash light built in as well. I’ve received the items but there is no flashlight installed in them. I’ve emailed them regarding the issue assuming they may have sent me the wrong items. I received a very nice email telling me they would do whatever it takes to keep their customers happy. I was asked to send a video of the items (which I did showing them placed in my garden) and pictures of the packaging they came in and the order confirmation so that their team can look into it for me. I did as they asked but I then received another email saying that they needed more than just the picture of the packaging. They have clearly received the video and confirmation of my order which suggests they are using delaying tactics with no intention of resolving the issue. The other problem is, their emails are coming back overlaying the ones I sent them, making it difficult to read. I’ve decided to email them again and stated that I intend to seek advice from The Consumer Protection Agency as I feel they are not dealing with the issue. I will wait to see their response if at all?

Never, ever, deal with this company. I bought one of their "Top rated" drones, at a cost of £59.95. When it arrived, in its damaged box inside its torn packaging, I put it on charge and looked forward to a flight, as advertised thus:

The actual reality is it is no more than a cheap toy.
The camera does not tilt.
There is no bracket to hold a phone, although there is on the advert, so FPV is impossible.
It takes 150 minutes to charge the one supplied battery, which then give a flight of about 5-6 minutes.
Despite e-mailing goodness knows how many times, they have finally told me to get lost (I paraphrase, but they are not interested in replacing it with the drone advertised).
So, buy at your peril; it is a piece of cheap, Chinese crap.

Do not buy from this company they promise 30 day money back returns but despite numerous emails trying to return an unsuitable item they still won't contact me about it. BEWARE.
