I needed help with a diagram so the text would be readable in front of graphic elements. I had been working on this for some time and finally used the live agent chat function for help. Joseph was wonderful. It was like I was on a design team and we together were problem solving. He found a solution to my problem, made two tutorial videos so I could do it myself, and also sent a copy of the better version to my account. It was an excellent experience.
