SO... Kawasaki in their infinite wisdom have deleted parts for my ZZR1200 - including throttle cables. So I contacted Venhill Engineering and they told me they could make me a set (and I could specify any changes like longer overall or longer free play if required) the following day and ship them. They didn't need any dimensions or other input from me; a lady rang just before production as they thought I wanted longer inners - but I didn't and they made them standard, shipped them, and I fitted them next day after the postie had been. Their service is awesome, brilliant and I will definitely be using them again. Highly recommended!

Experience spoiled really by the attitude of the woman in sales when I telephoned about the £21 plus vat delivery charge by ups for one cable. When I asked why royal mail wasn't used I was lecturerd about them not insuring stuff and losing thousands of parcels etc. Delivery has gone from 7 days with ups to some undisclosed date apparently because of my NW Scotland address.
There are other companies in the UK that make cables. Just saying.

I have known of Venhill Engineering for a long time through advertising.
This is the first time that I decided to buy from them and I'm over the moon with the clutch cable that they have made for me.
I ordered a clutch cable for my 1976 Honda CB750 F1 and although not the cheapest that I could have bought the quality is definitely the best in my opinion.
They made my cable to order so I had to wait a couple of days for it to be posted out and when it arrived the quality was obvious.
It fits just right and I'm sure it's going to last a very long time which was why I paid extra for a top quality cable made by Venhill.

Excellent quality cable for my classic motorcycle Yamaha RD350 & RD250 my 350 was unusable due the the clutch stiffness, I’d tried greasing everything and oiling the cable & started to look at ordering a new clutch but tried the new Venhill cable and it transformed the clutch to how it should be, I’ve never experienced a transformation like this with just a cable

I only ever buy motorcycle cables from this company. They are well made, good value and always arrive on time. Only had one minor problem that was sorted the same day. I highly recommend this company.
