We checked your order for the Cat Crèquelle mask. It's possible that you received the updated version of this mask, which has a slightly different shape due to a design modification we made to improve its durability (specifically, we removed the small side whiskers, which were prone to breaking during transit).
However, it is also possible that a mix-up occurred with the packaging during shipping.

Formidable et grand professionnalisme de Roberto!
J'ai commandé deux masques dont l'un est arrivé cassé, le responsable étant le transporteur. Malgré cela, Roberto a été vraiment super gentil et m'a fait parvenir un autre masque. Du coup j'en ai profité pour en commander un troisième. Ils sont tous magnifiques, délicats, jolis, très bien faits. J'adore! En plus la livraison est vraiment très rapide. Les masques sont très bien emballés. Je suis ravie. Et je recommande les yeux fermés cette société. Bravo à eux!

Beautiful Masks
Apart from a very quick delivery, the Colombina masks I ordered are simply perfect. They are intricate, beautiful, high-quality, and it is clear that a lot of effort is put into their making.

Mascherina consegnata in tempi record, imballata perfettamente!
Vivo in Francia, mia sorella ne ha comprata una a Venezia durante la sua luna di miele 20 anni fa. Mia figlia di 6 anni ha rotto la maschera quando ha voluto vederla da vicino. Ero disperata. Ho contattato il venditore senza troppa fiducia domenica 10 agosto e Roberto mi ha risposto il giorno stesso. Ne aveva ancora un modello quasi identico e me l'ha spedito così velocemente che l'ho ricevuto venerdì 22 agosto. La maschera è bellissima. Grazie mille!
