The program needs barely and training assisstace, and even customers are impressed with the technology, which makes payments and electronic receipts easy. In a small space like our coffee house, it is easier to have insights into peak hours and running items to avoid order lags and slow customer service. It is efficient and easy to use. 10/10

I started using the system when I was new in the retail business, and it has been two years now. Their customer support is amazing with repairs and technical fixes.
