Wish it was zero! Purchased a gift for a loved one, the seller sent me an item in damaged packaging and the item is from TikTok shop £6 instead of the £34 i spent. I immediately asked for a shipping label to send it back for a full refund the prevented this at every opportunity, even giving me a false address to send it to. After a week of them trying to get to to open the packaging and keep the item I finally had enough and contacted my bank who refunded me. The final message Vella sent me was to gaslight me telling me I am over reacting because I told them I was taking the matter further they had no intention of giving me my money back until I reported them. I explained to my bank it was a shopping scam, told them everything that happened and within 5 minutes I had my money back. This company are due an investigation from trading standards.
Do not purchase from them.

The packaging was broken a bit from the corners during delivery, but the product was entirely ok. Still we offered 50% refund due to packaging damage, somehow she got offeded by our offer and threatened us. We do not waste our time in such issues, so we immediately processed her refund, the bank cannot issue a refund in 5 mins. it takes 2 weeks for a bank to review a chargeback, plus we have evidance of us issuing the full refund. Now the customer has our product as well, got the refund too and gave a 1 star as well. Another satisfied customer 😀
