I had issues with my velit gasoline heater giving off a gasoline smell in my van. It took several changes to my setup which was mainly relocating my fuel pump and shortening my fuel lines. Throughout all this Raleigh from velit customer service went above and beyond to help. Back and forth emails and multiple phone calls over the course of a few weeks.
Raleigh even responded to an email on new years day! Dude is awesome.
His conviction on what would solve my issues is what gave me the confidence to get this heater running.
The heater is performing wonderfully for me and my dogs now and we are extremely grateful for his help.

Absolutely awesome products and service! I purchased the Velit Diesel Heater for my '25 Sprinter Cargo van and the install was great and the heater works flawlessly. I did make a mistake when using the heater by over-priming it. I have now learned that the feature is best to be used when you are under the van just to make sure that fuel gets from the tank to the pump. After that let the pump and the heater do their thing.

I am also very happy that Velit has actual people to talk to and when I filled out the online support form on Saturday night, I received a call on Monday morning which was the next business day. Hard to find companies like that anymore. I will only be installing and recommending Velit heaters from here on out.

I have been researching the best air con unit for our Van for some time.
Velit Mini seemed to be best, and it is perfect for us.

th ordered this heater came used.
then asked for info on what plugs are used in your connections was given the wrong info Was m told it was the E90 which is too big ordered a second e60 this week hope this works. your company should sell the extensions.
hopefully i’ll be stoked when i finally fire it up.

Raleigh was a pleasure to talk to an equal parts attentive and very knowledgeable. We have a unique use situation where we’re planning to use the heater in elevations potentially above 15,000 feet. His answers were thorough and honest. He seemed like someone we could lean on in the future should we need to troubleshoot any product issues later on. The confidence I left with after our conversation essentially finalized our decision to purchase Velit heater for our journey on the Pan-American highway. Great heater so far and easy to install, seems very high quality compared to the CDH I replaced with it. 3 stars only because the shipping was slow and I had to remind them several times to actually ship it.

UK warehouse is not well stocked. Expect many delays on UK orders, as well as frustrating customer service.

In the end I got my shipment organized (3 months total wait time from initial order to delivery!), but only after several weeks of back and forth with a customer service for whom english is clearly a second language, and who doesn't understand basic principles of customer service.

Raleigh answered the phone every time I called and when we determined that I needed a certain part, he shipped it to me immediately. Their response times and customer service are exceptional. I have been using the heater in below freezing temperatures in Colorado for a few weeks now and I've had to turn the heater down at night since it gets so warm. I highly recommend these folks if you're looking for a camper van heating solution.

Delivery was responsive and everything arrived in good condition as far as I can tell. Once I get it installed, I will update my review.

basically this company is a scam. they don't send their merch. don't trust them and read all the negative reviews and you'll see. they're deleting reviews to control the real narrative

I’m a Canadian buyer’s, the products will be shipped by a Canadian reseller, even though all Canadian retailers were out of stock.

Unfortunatly, they forgot to put thermostate in my gas heater.... i had finished the install when i saw that :(
I had to remove everything to ship them the unit so they can program the thermostat to my unit... they didnt even say sorry we made a mistake. The good point is that heater works great!!

Fantastic customer support. This is a very important note right off the hop. Nothing but good things to say about support.

My shipment was SEVERELY delayed. As in, the better part of a month after requesting a hasty shipment (that hurt).

And the instructions for installing were not very clear. I struggled DEEPLY, though that's more a testament to my own lacking ability.

Overall, I'm happy with how she runs. It's extremely efficient and I like it a lot... But MAN was it ever hard to install into my Ford Transit 🥵
