I wish I knew about this site before I bought from this company. I put in my order on June 7th 2022 and still waiting. I have sent multiple emails, DM/messages on social media and no response. I understand if stock is unavailable but out of curtesy send an email to let your customers know what is going on. I just want a refund now.DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have yet to come across any ‘actual’ person who has received their products. The people that have received products seemed to have been ‘gifted’ them. If I receive my items I will let everyone know!!

Still waiting for my goods. No answer to 6 emails I have sent to customer service. Absolutely disgraceful. Just want a refund. Will never buy from this company again. Steer well clear

Definitely one of the worst company I came across for on-line shopping.
I was waiting for my goods to be delivered for a month.
Definitely not UK based company as my shopping was shipped from China.
Now I need to send 2 items back and there's no way to get hold of them even if THEY CUSTOMER SERVICE should be available to assist.
Stay away from Velantris - go shopping to your local shops as you will save yourself time and precious money!

very bad service they are not responding to several emails asking for a refund as jumper not arrived after 4 months. The other items arrived fine after a bit of time. will not buy from them again.

No Customer Services whatsoever!!
Waiting for a response sent on 24th Match as there appears to be a problem delivering the item ordered so need to be refunded.
This is a not a UK Company as they claim on their website.
Do not order from them!!!

Like a few people on here I have had to vent my frustrations somewhere. The customer service is diabolical. Tried to contact several times by every method available with the only response an automated e-mail that says they will respond within 48 hours. Still waiting. Velantris currently have £46.42 of mine for an order placed in January which is still reading unfulfilled. I just want my money back. Disgraceful, would not recommend.

There is absolutely no service and items either. Made order in 2Feb and still nothing. Now I have to find out how I can get my money back, bc customer service does not answer at all. I don’t recommend this shop, and quite sure now that it is scam

I left a bad review on here a few weeks ago re trying to return an item. They responded on here pretending to do something, but I still have not been contacted directly to return the jumper dress and they still have my £50. Absolutely no customer service or assistance and it is so frustrating and such a shocking rubbish service. Looking at the reviews it is fine when the item fits but if you want a refund you might as well whistle! Would not recommend.

Non responsive customer service.
I am trying to return an item as it is very small fitting. The website asks you to contact customer service for details on how to return for a refund. Both email, FB messenger and chat function are completely non responsive. I have an awful feeling I’ve been had!

The stock is so unusual, I absolutely love shopping on Velantris. Customer services are great too - a tiny problem was resolved really quickly.

What I love second most about Velantris (first most the most beautiful and unique knitwear eva) is the shipping especially to South Africa which is not always so easy and our items don't always make it to us - unless it's Velantris!

very bad customer service. they will never reply to give updates. I have ordered dress on 31 October until now 11 november i have not received any reply or updates where is my ordered item.

I placed an order in mid August. China shipping states it was dispatched but shipping updates stopped on the first of September. Have not received my package and contacted the website numerous times but have not had any reply. Don’t order from them. It’s a scam!
