Just finished my treatment at Vien centre Sheffield. The team were very friendly and professional throughout , and the results are amazing !

Would highly recommend the Vein Clinic Stockton. Had my second consultation with Dr Mark Regi , can't thank him and Hazel enough for the excellent treatment I have had .Thankyou to Shauna as well .

From the moment of my first phone call, I felt incredibly well looked after. Every member of staff I have dealt with has been approachable, caring and reassuring throughout my whole journey.
Dr Deepak was brilliant at explaining everything clearly and making sure I understood what to expect, and Liz was so kind and caring throughout my procedure. I felt completely at ease and in very safe hands. My main laser treatment was successful and it was amazing to spend the summer without pain and achy legs and to wear shorts without worry!
Unfortunately, things didn’t go completely to plan after my follow up thread vein treatment, as I experienced a very rare and unexpected reaction following my treatment. However, I honestly couldn’t fault the way this was handled. I was given so much extra care, reassurance and support, with the team checking in with me daily until I could attend an additional appointment. Everything was handled so delicately and compassionately, and I am incredibly grateful to everyone who took such good care of me. I have every confidence that I will be in good hands throughout my recovery.
Sometimes it is when things don’t quite go to plan that you really see the level of care a company provides, and I couldn’t have asked for more.
I would highly recommend them for their care, kindness, attentiveness and compassion throughout. Absolutely faultless

These people are terrific, and very friendly. I met Dexter, lovely man, really knows his stuff and was very thorough, went into lots of detail. Nurse Liz was amazing too, and Michelle on reception was incredible I would recommend the Veincentre in Canterbury to anybody looking to have their veins looked at. I advised my Husband to visit the Veincentre. Afterwards he was equally impressed by his treatment by Dexter and the lovely Michelle, had a different but equally lovely Nurse. I really can't praise them enough. It's the best thing I have done, and I wish I'd heard from them sooner. I would recommend them to anybody with even small veins.

I was quite optimistic when beginning treatment with this clinic, as reception were very friendly and professional, as were the colleagues treating me. Although I was kept waiting an extremely long time for my treatment on the day, the clinic was clean and the treatment felt unrushed. I also received a call the following day to check how I was.

However, I have been very disappointed with the aftercare.

In the weeks following my varicose vein treatment, I developed a golf-ball-sized lump at the treatment site. I spent two weeks repeatedly phoning and emailing the clinic because I was extremely worried, but struggled to get any advice. By the time I eventually received a response, I was given an appointment with the doctor a further week later, by which point the lump had reduced.

A year on, I developed a new and significant pain higher up my leg. I contacted the clinic repeatedly over six weeks asking for advice from the doctor, but was repeatedly told that my query had been passed to him without receiving any response. It was only after I made a complaint that I was offered a free appointment, where I was seen promptly, scanned and reassured that the current pain is a separate muscle injury rather than a problem with the treated vein. My vein treatment seems to have been a complete success and I have no pain from the vein now which is a great result.

I do appreciate that they provided this appointment and scan free of charge, and the staff I dealt with were friendly and reassuring. However, I shouldn’t have had to complain in order to receive that level of aftercare.

Given the significant amount I paid for private treatment, I found the difficulty obtaining advice both after the original procedure and again when I developed new pain extremely disappointing. The treatment itself was a positive experience, but the aftercare has fallen well short of what I would have expected from private healthcare.

Worked a treat no more swollen leg, no more stockings and no aching. Should have done it years ago. Clear pricing and execellent customer service.

Had thread vien treatment on my face 3 weeks ago at the Rickmansworth branch and the results already are amazing giving me the confidence to wear no make up which is something I haven’t done in years, The procedure was painless a little red face after but that faded even by the following morning if your thinking about having this done think no more just go and get it done you will not regret i, Thank you to all the staff at the Rickmansworth vine centre your the best 👏🏻👏🏻

This is my second time as a vein centre patient receiving EVLA and foam. I can say that both times they have been great. The team at head office are friendly and helpful. The teams at treatment are reassuring and efficient.
For anyone thinking about getting treatment, do it. Stop procrastinating and waiting for the NHS, get those veins sorted. Your legs will feel lighter and energised again. That throbbing ache gone. Be prepared for bruising and the week in the stockings but that is a small price to pay to have it sorted. It's not pain free but I would absolutely recommend having treatment.

In July 2025 I attended Colchester Vein Centre and had Microsclerotherapy on a area of thread veins that I had on the side of my shin which I was very self conscious of. I returned to the centre in September 2025 for a reassessment appointment where the haematoma was subject to aspiration. What followed were months of pain discomfort and distress Nearly 14 months later I still have a bruise that is more noticeable than the original thread veins. Plus I have more thread veins appear around the bruise. Vein Centre are aware of the issues I have and I have followed all the advice they have given me but to no avail.

If you are considering this treatment please give it a lot of thought as you may not get the results you want or like me end up with worse and more noticeable outcome.

Attentive staff. And empathetic approach

I have visited the centre in Brighton three times now, once for an initial consultation then two treatments. Sue on reception was lovely, kind and welcoming, Kate the consultant took great care with a thorough explanation of the best treatment options available and was meticulously in her practice. Marle the nurse was kind and reassuring. Altogether a great experience

Friendly and helpful staff. Explained everything well

The Doctor was very honest and informative! Explained the procedure fully. I now know exactly what to expect.

First of all, you have to pay for your appointment upfront, even if its months away, for me that was about £250

So, if the company goes out of business, you lose your money - normally when you go to a private consultant appointment you pay afterwards.

Also, you get an endless stream of emails if you partly complete the form and havent quite made up your mind. Then after you have booked, you still get quite a lot. It feels a bit like spam and too much automation.

When I visited, it was not in a hospital, it was in a large building which was owned by an insurance company and had lots of offices. The vien centre had 2 rooms. One for reception and the other was the treatment room.

I was in and out in 15 minutes, the whole thing felt really rushed. The consultant sat on the floor and put gel on my legs and used the same scanner as used for pregnant women baby scan.

Their claim of "your consultant will take time to understand the concerns you have" is complete rubbish. I could hardly get a word in edgeways, he was talking all the time about restless leg syndrome, which is NOT my concern at all.

Their website says "you feel truly listened to by a vascular consultant" was NOT true in my case. I had lots of questions which were not addressed.

The consultant was good in that he said I didn't need treatment, so at least they are not pushing to make money out of you, thats why I give 3 stars.

But there was no advice on how to live your life with the veins you have in the future to avoid aching legs and pain etc.... disappointed.

Staff was welcoming & helpful , Consultation very informative. Although there is parking it is a very busy area so you have to wait for a space . The clinic is on the second floor via stairs not sure if there is a lift , I would check this if you have any mobility problems
