I was a bit surprised to find out that my parcel would be delivered from Australia.
However, I needn’t have worried, as there were no extra charges and the delivery wasn’t slow at all.

Love-love-love. I already have 4 sunglasses from Vehla. They are stylish and suit small faces, which was really important for me. But what surprised me the most was their service. I had some issues with delivery and they were in touch with me the whole time, rearranged the delivery, and solved all the troubles. Just wow.

Horrible. Sent faulty glasses and still in communications on them regarding refund for a FAULTY ITEM.

Customer services very bad

Dreadful experience. I love the sunglasses but the customer service is terrible. I’m based in Queensland Australia. It’s taken two full weeks to receive my order. I had to follow up with the team as it was sitting the warehouse, lost. I was sent a replacement order which just received and it’s missing one pair of the glasses. It takes 3 days to get any kind of response from the customer service team. Honestly it’s not worth it.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Vehla and I want other customers to be aware of this situation.

I placed multiple orders and unexpectedly received customs payment requests for both of them.

For shipment #7506108116, DHL requested €120.02 in customs taxes before delivery.

For another order #9553654272, I was asked to pay €80 in customs taxes.

This is extremely frustrating because in the past my Vehla orders used to arrive within a few days without any customs issues or extra payments.

Even worse, one of my orders still has not arrived and I have been waiting for over a month. I was told the situation would be resolved, but clearly the problem has not been fixed at all.

Customers should not have to deal with unexpected import taxes and extremely long waiting times like this.

I am sharing this here so other international customers are aware before ordering, because you may end up paying significant customs fees and still waiting weeks for your order.
